Seems the workers are in a rush. Not very social able didn’t even ask about customizations to my sandwich… besides the fact the guy got my order wrong at first and then the maker was listening and started my order before I was finished ordering and It was done before I could say anything. I guess that’s OK. I mean it wss fast service… but still wanted to add customization to it.

I get that places are slammed with the lunch rush, but not giving any sort of communication wasn’t okay. The final screenshot is my coworker letting me know that my food had just arrived. Waiting an hour and a half is unacceptable. If you’re that severely delayed, cancel the order or even offer pick up. I work down the street, I easily could’ve picked it up on my way out if I was given a head’s up, I just put in an order for delivery because at the time, I had time to sit and eat in the office.

Every time we order from here it takes forever. It took an hour and 45 minutes to get our food. Nor did they follow our delivery instructions. Also to note there barely any meat in our sandwiches. I took 3 bites with no protien whatsoever which makes sense seeing there’s only ONE PIECE of each meat on the sandwich.. last time we ordered from here it took 2 hours and we didn’t even get our drinks. Till another 2 hours later

Sadly, no where near “freaky fast” anymore. I live less than 1 mile from the location, and on my last two deliveries, both were north of a 50 minute delivery. Was told by an employee that the delivery driver had only two deliveries (mine included in the two). If a 50 minute wait doesn’t bother you, order from here (I guess). But a 50 minute delivery time for three sandwiches, three chips, and two drinks (40 + dollars) is far too long a wait time.
