Went for lunch with my husband and daughter unfortunately our experience was terrible. We got charged a transaction of $80 and employees and manager stated that the transaction did NOT go through but or bank stated otherwise .
As my husband and I walk to the front the transaction was refunded into our account with us not speaking to the bank .
The employee themselves voided the transaction and wasted over an hour of our time .
My daughter overheard a conversation when they said they have two machines one to take the order and want to do payments The employee took payment on the wrong machine. And made it seem as if it was our fault
Please pay cash or go to the register don’t get your time wasted

Place looked very clean, but I am a little disappointed with the quality of the pupusas. They use artifical cheese, and I know this because the texture of it and it barely melted. Cheese was chunky texture in pupusas shouldnt look like that if its melting properly.

At first, when we came in they ignored us and then asked if it was takeout we said no and it was to eat there. Suddenly they ask us what we wanted and we told them how we wanted one order specifically and I don’t think they are smart because they did exactly the opposite and then we order some torta and they didn’t have ham and they never came to say anything and I was hungry waiting for Almost 30 mins and the girl keep walking without asking or looking at the table . And I don’t like putting bad reviews but bro they prefer to serve other people than you and they get mad if u complain or ask for stuff like what??? ♀️

Don’t let the 3 stars fool you! I’m glad I ignored it for being my 1st visit because I ordered 3 pork and cheese pupusas and a meal that had 3 pieces of grilled chicken breast tenders,it also came with beef short ribs with a steak as well,red beans and rice was potential,the grilled jalapeño was delicious, everything was delicious and lots of food! The cabbage for the pupusa was WOW with a little kick! They speak a little English so I just pointed out on the menu what I wanted. Highly recommend this restaurant for a very tasty meal,I’ll definitely be back!

We went in to dine I waited 45 mins for 3 pupusas. We ended up having to take our food to-go as it was taking longer than expected. The little girl at the counter took her time and served everyone that dined in while my order stayed waiting on the counter. I asked her twice how much longer and she told me both times it was already ready. The little girl at the counter took everyone who dined in their food who was there after we arrived. I had to ask for our food a few times before the lady who was prepping brought our food out. The little cashier girl needs a new job. Customer service is not for her especially for a new business that just opened.

Will the service was just bad I liked the food but they got the orders wrong and they didn’t have the food I wanted but they didn’t tell me nothing I had to wait and ask myself why my food wasn’t coming and the lady’s who cook the food blamed the new cooks and mostly because only 2 cookers where there and she said that they were busy but they weren’t the food had a lack of flavor the service was bad I just wanted to eat but couldn’t eat my food and I had to go somewhere else to eat.

We wanted to give this place a try but we ended up being disappointed. We were excited to try the place because when we placed the order through the phone, the lady who took our order was awesome. The atmosphere there look clean and nice. Unfortunately, when we tried the food, we were disappointed, and the place has potential. We were disappointed with the pupusas because they were lacking flavor/seasoning, looked like it was flattened out with some sort of flat iron due to the lines on the pupusas. We were able to tell that because when we attempted to pull apart the pupusas it wasn’t stuck to the other half/tortilla and the edges of the tortilla didn’t have any filling. We did order la pupusa toxica and that wasn’t so bad and actually had flavor/seasoning. We were disappointed in los chicarrones because looks like they scrapped the last of them because we were so small and for the amount we spent was not equivalent to it. We have nothing bad to say about los jugos de maranon that we ordered. We might give this place a second chance, but they really need to do something about the pupusas.

Restaurant looks nice but the service isn’t. The server had no idea what she was doing and she was overall no help. They had nothing that was on their menu including any chicken product. At the end I had to pay $5 for two unopened canned sodas because they couldn’t cancel a transaction. The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life.
