Had a great experience!
Seated quickly and approached by the waitress Judy immediately. Judy was attentive the entire meal. She answered any questions regarding the menu which made everything sound delicious.
Two types of menus – regular and real authentic dishes. Also nice to have gluten free noodle options as that is hard to find.
Service was great!
Food was fantastic!
Prices are fair with great takeout.

Their service was terrible. I’ll never visit this unpleasant restaurant again.
Her facial expression was so bad after seeing my daughter’s guide dog, and very rude.
Even they didn’t serve free corn chip which they provided for other people. When My wife requested the free chip, her answer was “oriental people don’t like sweet things” Is this reasonable answer?
There’s no reason to visit there again, and I want as many people as possible to know about this discriminatory restaurant people.

Worst customer service experience ever.
Who hires staff that cannot communicate in basic English and behaves in such an unwelcoming, intimidating manner? One particular waiter was extremely rude and made the entire experience uncomfortable.
I was there with my young child, who does not eat Chinese food, so I brought food for her. Meanwhile, we ordered full platters for ourselves. Instead of handling this politely, the waiter went and complained, and another staff member came over and told us we were not allowed to bring outside food. I told him it’s only for my child but he straight up refused stating she cannot eat here.
I did not see any signs or notices displayed anywhere stating that outside food was not allowed. I have taken food for my child to many other restaurants before, and no one has ever objected, especially when the adults are ordering full meals.
The worst part was how uncomfortable my child felt. She stopped eating out of fear and discomfort, and we had to leave early. I would have walked out immediately due to the rude behavior, but I chose to be humane and asked them to pack our food to go so they wouldn’t suffer a loss.
That said, this place has zero manners, zero empathy, and horrible customer service. Because of this experience, I will never step into this restaurant again, no matter what

we go there very often with our dining group and really like the fact that round tables make it very easy to talk to one another. Food is always very good and very impressed with their service. For example when we were there a few days ago, although we were done with our meals, and sat around for about an hour or so and talk the waiter was nice enough to come and fill up our water glasses. And they give very generous portions

$16.95 for steamed broccoli. It’s $1 extra to steam WITHOUT ANYTHING ELSE added. That is the explanation I received. If you’re comfortable with the price point of this Chinese restaurant, then by all means don’t let this review deter you.

Regular at First Wok for many years and love their food, on both the regular and Chinese menu. Beautiful decor inside and have hosted birthday parties and other celebrations here. The front staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I love coming here!

A staple in the community for years. Some of my personal favorite dishes here are the flounder filets, beef with long hot peppers, barbecue spare ribs, shrimp with honey walnut, and Singaporean noodles. Vegetable dishes are excellent as well. Portions are great for the price.

Was delicious and impressed with the taste
Food was fresh, authentic and tasty
Rate was very nominal
Location is easily accessible

Very nice place to eat. Dumplings are fantastic! Egg rolls could have had more meat in them, but everything tasted very good!
Service was better than average, but nothing special, but the food did come out very quickly.
