I went here on a Saturday morning at about 8:30 AM. We were seated quickly. I like that they have indoor and outdoor seating options.

Our group had an omelette, potatoes, toast, and chicken tacos, and the trifecta breakfast with fried eggs over medium, bacon, gluten-free French toast with berries.

Omelette, potatoes, toast, gluten-free French toast, were excellent. Their potatoes have a great flavor. I found half my bacon to be burnt enough. I didn’t wanna eat it. It was extra crispy with the flavor of more burnt than bacon. Some people love it this way, but I’d rather have something without a burnt flavor. Also to my understanding, eggs over medium should not have any runny white, and my eggs had some slimy white in them which I dislike personally. I believe over easy can have partially uncooked whites, but my over medium still had slime.

The atmosphere is modern and pleasant with clean restrooms. Both our hostess and servers were excellent, and the server was top-notch.

I live 5min away and have just barely heard of this place this morning. I visited and it was very crowded which to be is a strong indicator of great food. I waited 30min. After being told it would take only about 20. I observed the staff working quickly to serve all tables and patrons which did impress me. When we were finally sat, it took 7min to get a drink and another 5 to get our order taken. The food however was served timely. It was DELICIOUS. Good sized portions. The caramel coffee thing was nice as well. Our server did not introduce herself which I noted. There were a few other moments I noticed could have been utilized to make the experience more efficient. I hope if I visit again the wait will not be as long.

Went in for breakfast yesterday morning. Got seated fairly quickly and the waitress came over and checked on us. She was incredibly nice to our daughter. Even gave her some tattoos and the water to put them on. I couldn’t help but notice how warm it was inside. Definitely needed to have the air conditioning turned up. It took a while to get our food. The waitress apologized and said they had several call outs. I do understand that, so no big deal. My breakfast came after about a half hour. My milk was kind of warm and my wife got iced coffee. I had bacon that was very tough and salty. Not the best I’ve ever had. The potatoes were undercooked and overly seasoned. The toast and homemade jam was outstanding and no complaints with the scrambled eggs. My wife got french toast and said it was okay but overall not impressed. My daughters chocolate chip pancake was the star of the show. Light, fluffy and rich chocolate chips. It was seriously good. I don’t mind healthy eating if the food is good. All in all we were luke warm about the experience. People love this place and maybe we came on an off day. These things happen. I’m not in a hurry to try it again but would recommend you go and see for yourself.

Eric, the busboy, is amazing! Every time I have been there, he is running around cleaning tables as fast as possible.Today he was on the floor cleaning up a mess a customer left.He is one of the hardest working people I have ever seen in a restaurant. Our server Bree was sweet as can be, she is always so helpful and pleasant. We love First Watch and try to come for breakfast every weekend. The food is always fresh and delicious and the staff is amazing. So glad you are in Maryville, TN!

First Watch is one of my go to places for breakfast. It never disappoints, the food is always delicious & satisfying. And I love their seasonal drinks. I also liked the layout of this location. The bathrooms were clean & the service was great/ server attentive. I got the french toast & added bacon/ eggs, it was cooked to perfection. Lastly, the atmosphere was relaxing to the point that I could have spent quite some time there eating & reading a book.

Great food, great service! Ordered the salmon frittata, with the green salad. Fresh and delicious, served hot and quickly. So many wonderful menu options to choose from. My daughter got a fancy juice drink called Purple Haze and she loved it. Will go here next time I am in this area.

Decided to finally visit this little Gem First Watch restaurant for breakfast. Wow, what a surprise it was. Instead of the same egg, bacon, sausage, and biscuits, you see everywhere. This restaurant serves more of a healthy variety of drinks and food, which I totally enjoyed to the fullest. The professional, friendly staff ensures you’re totally satisfied with their wonderful service. Food is plentiful and delicious . I will definitely be back for more.

Love this First Watch location! I’ve been to several First Watch locations all over Tennessee, and my experience here has by far been one of the best! Our server was super sweet, very attentive, and helpful with the menu. My go-to order is the kale tonic and the avocado toast. Definitely recommend! My order arrived in a timely manner and tasted great. I highly recommend First Watch and will definitely dine here again soon!
