Respectfully, KFC employees, if it doesn’t apply to you directly, then continue to enjoy your life. Those it does apply to… and you know who you are, please do some self reflection.

This is the closest KFC to me but I avoid it like the plague. The service is horrible. They’re constantly running out of things and they seem to have a lot of young kids working there who dont take the job seriously and are always on their phones.

The few times I went inside, it was filthy. Lobby and bathrooms were blew out. Why? I really do not know. If I want KFC I will drive an extra 10-15 mins to another location. The attitudes are crazy from some of the people working there. How dare you act like I’m an inconvenience to you? I work hard for my money and it’s green like everyone else’s. If customer service is not for you please for the love of God go find something else.

It’s been too many times I’ve had a bad experience here. I hope the manager or owner does something immediately. It seems like most of the reviews are low for this location. I refuse to patronize this establishment again until y’all do better. It doesn’t make any sense to have a dirty place with rude people. Kindness is free. Health department.. check them out.

Eat at your own risk. Great staff but my family went in to grab something for lunch.. There was black mold on the ceiling and the walls were bowing, assuming from moisture but hopefully not. We didn’t notice until after we started eating.

Tried the chicken nuggets and they were good so I guess we lived to tell the tale!

By far…… the WORST kfc restaurant I have ever been to. Ordered a 3 piece, extra crispy with two sides. Chicken was Burnt and greasy as hell. Mac n cheese was disgustingly over-microwaved. Zero flavor at all. Threw it all out after two bites.

This particular KFC is probably the worst in the Upper Marlboro/Clinton area with consistent problems with service and the quality of the food. I visited this location on the evening of 1/7/2026 and ordered through the drive thru. I was told by the young man at the window that there would be a 5 minute wait on chicken tenders and he asked me to pull ahead and wait. Well there was a car just beyond the window that was already waiting, so I asked him where he wanted me to pull up to so I would be out of the way. He told me pull up front of the car. I pulled up in front of that car, which was in front of the restaurant facing the highway. I waited about 15 minutes until I had to go in the restaurant to inquire why I hadn’t received my order. The young man went and grabbed a large bag that was setting on a counter in the kitchen. I asked him why nobody had come out to give me my order since he told me to pull up and wait. This young man then LIED and said I was never told to do that. I will not be patronizing this location again and it had been about 2 years since the last time I came here and the food was not fresh. Something seriously needs to be done to improve the customer service and the quality of the food.

Order 8 piece chicken all white meat upgrade. Paid $28.00 in the drive through and when I get home and open the bag I had a chicken and something else that I don’t know what it is. The last 2 times I’ve ordered from here, they’ve gotten it absolutely WRONG! The first time they gave me dark meat. I’m done!! I will never shop there again. I’m tired of getting robbed!

I ate here with my boyfriend a couple days ago and we got a bucket of chicken with biscuits and sides to share. The chicken was a very dark color. I love high fat keto foods such as pot roast but there is a difference between natural fat in food and being greasy. The chicken was so greasy I couldn’t even eat the skin which is supposed to be the best part! The grease soaked through 2 layers of paper bag and a couple layers of napkins. So gross! We’ve both gotten food poisoning symptoms from the food. The amount we were charged for an 8 piece bucket of chicken which includes 2 sides and we got 1 drink was nearly $40! It’s highway robbery after you consider a few factors, 1 the sign in the window advertising the 8 piece chicken without sides is only $10 on Tuesdays, 2 the two sides and one drink would then amount to nearly $30 retail for fries, mashed potatoes, and soda which are all very cheap foods to procure 3 the chicken pieces were so small compared to what they used to be that there was only about 2-3 small bites of chicken on the drumstick and not much more on the thighs 4 the restaurant tables and boothes were the filthiest I’ve ever seen in a fast food place 5 they’ve gotten so cheap they actually make you ask for a key to use the restroom. I used to love kfc chicken and those incredible wedge fries, but at this point in time I can’t imagine ever wanting to eat there ever again! And it’s definitely not worth all the gi upset!

This is the worst place you could go to get food. The customer service is terrible. Today, December 27, 2025, at 9:13 pm, I was served by a girl who acted like she was getting free food. The woman simply didn’t want to prepare the chicken tenders. I do not recommend this place.

Do not eat from this place, I ordered a 10 piece family meal not only was all the skin falling off the chicken, the chicken was soggy I literally had to put the chicken in the oven when I got home to cook it some more , if I had the energy I’ll drive it back there….. they definitely need to do better

Arrived at this KFC location approx 10:40 p.m SAT NOV 15, the cat who took my order was first instincts a good kid in my book, which is rare now a days, and not once did I feel like I was being rushed away from the window. Real cool dude, give that man a raise Mr manager.

Took my 91&86 year old parents to get KFC. They don’t get out much but they really wanted Kentucky Fried Chicken Extra Crispy. I Took them 25 miles to Annapolis and the store is permanently closed. I didn’t want to disappoint them so we drove another 25 miles back to Upper Marlboro. My elderly parents were tired at this point so they stayed in the car and I went inside to get it to go. I ordered an 8 piece bucket of Extra Crispy with 2 large sides and 4 biscuits for $31.79 including tax. The girl at the counter said they don’t have Extra Crispy. I asked if they could make it. With an eye roll the girl said to the guy in the Kitchen who was listening “can you make it” He replied 15 minutes she reiterated 15 minutes. I said yes that’s my parents really want Extra Crispy. Then I got an eye roll from the women on the other side by the drive thru and 2 men in the kitchen looked around the counter to see who I was. I then paid and started my phone timer. With my parents in the car anxious to get home I wanted to make sure to keep the time. I was the only one seated inside the entire restaurant. 2 girls walked in after about 15 minutes elapsed but that is all. The drive thru wasn’t busy with a consistent line of card but did have a few cars come through. 21 minutes later I went up to check on the order. I stood up at the counter another 5 minutes so it’s been 26 minutes in. They finally ask if they can help me and I explained I ordered am 8 piece extra crispy and showed the same three people that were present when I ordered 26 minutes prior, my receipt. None of them acknowledged me or said a word they all just walked away. 7 minutes later or 33 minutes since I ordered it, a lady who I think is the manager says here you go. Never looks at me or in my direction. I said Thank you. With her head turned from me she said Ok and continued to walk away. When we got home and opened the food up, after driving another 20 minutes home, it wasn’t what we asked for and ordered. We got 4 legs and 4 thighs all dark meat. The explanation before I ordered said it would be 2 Breast, 2 Legs, 2 wings and 2 Thighs. In addition to it being all dark meat It was also the regular recipe which my parents do not like because it makes them both sick from all the grease. We left the house at 1 pm for KFC, finally home to enjoy our food around 415pm only to get disgusting greasey food. $32 lighter about $20 spent on gas and a whole afternoon spent for nothing good. Customer Service was all attitude, both the order and the pick up. The food was not what we ordered and Greasy. An afternoon trying to please my elderly parents turned into a wasted nightmare of an afternoon. $50 lighter factoring in food and gas. We have had issues with the customer service on previous visits as we have been to this store before. About 2-4 times per year. But the food / extra crispy chicken here is normally good which is why we continued to go back even with similar attitude filled customer service. However we won’t be back after today. It was enough.
