First things First, the breakfast food definitely hit the right spot. The California Skillet was tasty and flavorful. I loved what they did with the potatoes. It soaked up all the flavors from the steak and chorizo. Oh, the jalapeños definitely had a kick that I didn’t need Cholula at all. My friend got the classic combo, and the country potatoes were super crunchy and fried to perfection!

Get the Birria Omelette! So so good! Kids got coffee cake French toast and Belgian waffle and cleaned their plates. Biscuits and gravy were ok, not my personal favorite. Service staff was so nice and quick.

REALLY good! We typically opt for something a bit healthier, but decided to give this place a shot last weekend. The food was REALLY good! Birria Omelet, I can’t remember the name of mine but it had chorizo and peppers/onions. The chorizo was delicious! Breakfast potatoes were good. Salsa and guac was awesome! Mexican pancakes were good, but a little dry. More sauce or syrup would have helped-but the flavors were there. Will definitely be back!

I have been here twice. First time was right when they opened. Decided to give them a second chance and try lunch. I had the Chorizo street tacos. They were alright but tasted kind of burnt somehow, chips and salsa were good. Service was good, but if I’m going to go out to eat I don’t think this would be my spot.

We were wanting to try a new place in Lee Summit and we found this gem. I mean. Wow. Being a Mexican myself I was excited to have those options. Service was excellent. Food was amazing, lots of flavor. Locally owned and operated has such an amazing unique feel. We were not disappointed
