Homey, authentic Cantonese BBQ spot with probably the best roast duck and BBQ pork in the metroplex. They also have crispy roast pork (until sold out) which is usually decent depending on time of day. Prices are fair for what you get. I’ve eaten at all of the different locations and still feel partial to this Plano location.

We were hungry and this was the closest Chinese restaurant that we could find! We had two noodle dishes, both are ok! We had the beef soft noodles and house crispy noodles (this one had a mixture of different seafoods), the flavor is ok not extraordinary that I need to go back for more! Service was great! It was quiet when we were there! Lots of carry outs!

I came with a group of 4. You can pick where to sit. Staff was nice. Food was a solid 10 for me. I love their wonton duck egg noodle soup. The duck meat gives it a rich flavor. The salted bake chicken was really good but a lil too oily for me. The sauce dip was good. 8/10.

Overall I would recommend this place

3.7 stars.

Simple no frills Chinese spot. The fried rice was every bit as good as I remembered from my younger days. The duck and bbq plate was very popular with the table. Be sure to order the Orange Chicken too.

By the time we left, our party of 7 was stuffed!

We enjoyed this restaurant and their large portion size. Price is reasonable for a family even though they only take cash. We love their beef flat noodles and crispy noodles. We didn’t have their BBQ selection since we arrived late.
We enjoyed this old time favorite restaurant.

My rating 5 is very satisfy.

Taste 5/5
Temperature 5/5
Attentiveness and courteous 4/5 We came in late in the evening. They were ready to close. But, the waitress still attentive. However, she attempted to “coach” and “advise” us on tipping. Not a good thing.
Cleanliness 4/5
Speed of service 5/5

Will I return? Yes. I like their food even though we don’t appreciate the interaction. I understand they receive tips as wages.

Will I recommend? Yes.

Update visit. Their sweet and sour spare ribs is always a great choice. Try it.

Grew up coming here and I always knew the food was just average but this is the only place that has a massive menu with real Chinese menu items so I’ve accepted lower expectations from them. But after a recent experience, I would really prefer not to come here anymore.

The food was fine, standard but the service was subpar. Our server came to give us our menus and we ordered right away, second time to bring out the food, and third time to bring us the check. She did not come by to check up on us during the meal at all. Everything she had done thus far is within her job description as a server — to provide menus, bring out the food, and give the check. She did not provide any service to enhance our dining experience so we tipped accordingly, 10%. She came back to our table and asked for a 15% tip, which was such an awkward encounter. Tips are optional so if you are demanding tips, either do better, allow card payments, or increase the price of your food because tips are never mandatory.

Don’t want to graciously accept the tip that your customer is giving you in addition to paying for their food? Don’t be a server.

Roast duck was delicious, l was the only non-Asian there but l got 5 star service! Very kind and helpful when l asked them about the offal (yum!) in the display case. Stark atmosphere = great prices!

I have dined here a few times and had orders from this restaurant on other occasions. I love the dry beef flat noodle. It’s the main reason I come and is very popular from my observation and my conversations with customers and staff! The beef flat noodle in bean sauce is good too.

I also like the BBQ pork fried rice. I recommend this restaurant for catering. You can call the same day in advance. The restaurant accepts cash or Zelle.

We arrived 15 minutes before closing due to last minute deciding on what to eat. We walked in they greeted us with friendly smiles and had patience. The order was made fast and accurate. I was blow away as I put each thing on my plate at home because the presentation was so good. But I was even more blown away by the taste. Also good! I have added this place to my list of “Go to Restaurants”. Thanks.

The quality of food has declined over the years… used to much better especially its other location in Richardson. The food service is efficient and fairly priced.

Dishes you cannot go wrong with is orange chicken and fried rice. Their wonton soup and egg drop also fair.
