I was there this morning, Friday, February 6 at 7:10 AM and they are so friendly and so helpful. Some of the best customer service I have ever had with any place I’ve been to their system doesn’t like American Express and they let me go get cash and come back and pay for my drinks. They did not have to do that. They gave me my drinks and said just come back and pay. we trust you like they were so understanding and so nice some of the best customer service ever more people in Marysville need to be like them.

Opening Day… made a order ahead of getting in the long line. Really disappointed. I ordered bacon, egg wrap. Medium signature “Peppermint mocha” wasn’t sweet at all, taste of chocolate, pepermint & seeing lots of peppermint pieces would have been great… Tastes like coffee with whipped cream & a little taste of Peppermint from the crushed pieces on top. I also ordered a 10 pack of timbits… there was no choice or customize choice. They are advertising holiday timbits, but my assortment was five of the same chocolate ones… a few holiday timbits would have been nice to see!? I was disappointed to see the timbits in a bag with my other order & not the normal timbit box to keep everything separate.
I’m going to try again at another time when they are not so busy.

I come in to this location occasionally and use the WiFi to work outside of my house so the kids don’t interrupt me. I have been treated so nicely every single time I’ve been in. The staff in genuinely lovely and do their best to make sure I’m comfortable and happy. Even if they are out of what I order, I am met with kindness. Occasionally I go through the drive through and they seem to recognize me and I love it. Always a smile and in today’s world that is huge. Thank you Marysville Dunkin Staff.

Both microphones were on when we placed our drive-thru order, resulting in a lot of feedback and two other people talking to us in the drive-thru line. The worker addressed us as “brother.” After placing our order, the worker refused to communicate with us, and we were unsure which drink was dairy-free. I am starting to enjoy Dunkin’ but hope this location will improve its professionalism and respect.

Today was my first time visiting Dunkin’ Donuts. I was so excited. This is at the front of my subdivision. I bought two glazed donuts and a cup of decaf.

The service was slower than expected. But I think it was because the cashier made the decaf fresh.

But unfortunately the donuts were dry and marginal at best. There was only a small selection. No filled donuts or others options. Maybe they need more time .

Love Dunkin. Have been going for years before moving. I know this one is new, I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time I went, they were out of tons of stuff, donut mix was basic and very hard and we waited 20-30 for like 3/4 cars. Thought I’d give them another chance today. I will sadly not be going back. Sad to see that my favorite drinks no longer on the menu, but thought I’d try the Blush Spritz?? It rang up on the board for $4, and as strawdrgn rfshr, asked and the guy snapped and said that is what it is it. Ok, cool. Get to the window. Guy says $5 as he takes my card, I said I thought it was $4, and he says yes $4 holding up his fingers, scanned my card. I waited another minute or so then he grabbed my drink gave it to me and I left. The drink is pretty much just sparkling water, no flavor nothing, it is very slightly colored pink, but no flavor other than nasty sparkling water. I also just checked my card and I was charged $5. I went to ask for my receipt while there and the guy closed the window before I could. I wouldn’t have cared if I had to pay $5, but I do when I am being told $4.
I feel like they need to change the way that they interact with their customers & definitely not lie about the price. Just unfriendly, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for them.

There was only 2 cars in line, me and one other person. Took almost 15mins to get one medium iced coffee and a hashbrown once I got to the window. I know everything is still so new, but goodness that’s a long time for 2 items. Aside from the long wait, coffee was delicious and so was the hashbrown. I’ll definitely return and hope that everything gets sorted and I won’t have that long of a wait again lol

hardly any donut choices, my strawberry daydream refresher was almost all oatmilk and cold foam, most OUTRAGEOUS dunkin prices ive ever seen (paid 16 DOLLARS for snackin bacon, received regular and cold bacon, had a very hard time getting a refund) the floor was SO dirty and behind the counter there was trash and empty gallons on the floor and full trash cans, these guys didnt know hardly any english. it was just a mess in every aspect. i appreciate the guys hard work on opening day but i definitely cant say it lived up to my expectations. very disappointed, we have waited a long long time for this dunkin. not to mention, its hard to get into the parking lot and is set up horribly.

Asked for a white chocolate latte and got a ice white chocolate latte. Also I tried to ask about if they had any other options for donuts because I only can see two on the screen and every time when I kept repeating myself I wouldn’t get a response. No offense but English is honestly not their first language if you know what I mean so that could be part of the issue. When you hire people for customer service though service should be a lot better than what I just had.
