This place has great service. The workers seem very nice and polite. Their wings are very delicious. I’m not a big fan of their Chinese food selection since the seseme and honey chicken tend to be very greasy and even can be cooked in old grease.

Everyone I’ve dealt with in the store is always nice and polite. Food is always good with large portions. Call in orders are easy to place and orders are ready on time. I would say the food is a notch above the other Chinese Restaurants in the area. Store is always really clean too. So far it has been a 5 out of 5 experience.

Tonight was my first time to order for FIREWOK and it was delicious. I have to admit that I am a bit of a Chinese food snob. I don’t typically like fast food Chinese but after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. I was very pleasantly surprised by how good the food really taste! I ordered Mongolian Beef, egg roll and Chinese donuts and it was prepared quickly and everything was fabulous and great portions. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant is clean but they also have a very convienant drive thru. This is not your average fast food………it’s fast but very good quality.

Outstanding! If you like Chinese food, Firewok is the spot. The thing that beats the prices, is the actual food. You wouldn’t believe the portion sizes. Dinner portions are shareable. Lunch is super affordable. Full menu, everything is great. I highly recommend.

You can tell that the food is prepared ahead of time and just sits under the heat lamps to be ready for the drive-thru. The soups don’t taste the same as it’s parent company, The Palace in Trussville Crossings. However, if you want a full meal for under $10 that taste decent, this is the place. Additional Tip: Their Blue Raspberry Lemonade is the best drink!
