Always excellent BBQ from Firewise. Yes, their prices are high, but you’re paying for quality food – and it tastes like it. Their brisket is always good, as is their pork belly. Keep an eye on their social media accounts as well, because they sometimes offer AMAZING beef ribs! Highly recommend.

I’ve visited the Firewise truck 15+ times over the last year because it parks near where I work in New Berlin on Wednesdays. The people are friendly. Helpings are generous. And the food has always exceeded expectations. Sometimes, I even just order the sides as a meal. I was so excited to see them back in the Burghardt’s parking lot last week. It’s a great reminder that summer is around the corner!! I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a delicious meal give them a try!

We just had an amazing lunch of brisket, cornbread, the brisket stroganoff special and the chocolate cookies and cream bowl special with plenty leftover for later! My husband, daughter and I think your brisket is THE BEST around!!♥️ You and the woman working today at the Franklin Menards were super kind, friendly and helpful! The woman even saw us holding the bbq sauce, forks and napkins and offered to put them in the bag while we waited for the rest of the food to get bagged up. Superb food and customer service!! We will definitely continue coming back to support you! One special request…please bring back your delicious mac & cheese as a side.

Had a brisket sandwich from their food truck. Was mildly disappointed to find that it was pulled instead of sliced. Made me concerned that that might be because it lasts overnight better shredded than sliced.

I found their trailer in the Menard’s parking lot on May 7th, 2020 around 3pm. Now let say I only have three stars because they were out of many menu items due to being sold out. I guess I should have found them earlier. We were able to order pulled pork sandwiches from the few items left. The meat was shredded beautifully and still moist. With some sauce that they offer it was a perfect sandwich. I did add a little salt which is just my preference. I will be back to visit them soon so I can share more insight she feedback.

Saw this truck on the way to an errand. Had to make stop afterwards. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with bbq baked beans and potato salad and then a three meat plate of pulled pork, pulled chicken and chopped brisket. Each item was absolutely delicious. Barbecue was moist and tender with good portions for price point. And food was served quickly by friendly staff. Will stop by again!

Best BBQ. Period. I’ve gotten FireWise multiple times, and the food is always so tender and juicy. The sauce is fantastic. The sides are fresh and compliment the meat so well. Best food to ever hit the West Allis/New Berlin area. Our family also got catering, and it was a huge treat for everyone at the party. This is an easy decision for any occasion. Get it!

No one ever picks up the phone. What’s the point of having a number and a staff who can’t be responsible to pick up an order. Took 2 hours and it wasn’t even worth it.

Not sure what the negative reviews are all about..but FireWiseBBQ is absolutely fantastic! I always get the Pork Belly Sandwich. Their Sauces are tasteful and creative. I like the option of being able to put my own sauces on my food or mix and match to find a flavor profile I like. Now stop reading this review and go try them!
