Stopped by Firewaters recently, and had an unpleasant experience with a bartender named Juliana. Her Attitude was noticeably rude and unpleasant from the start. It felt like her customers were more of a bother than anything else. In my experience when working in the hospitality, industry, friendliness goes a long way, and this definitely wasn’t the case. Hopefully management pays attention to this situation Because it really impacts ones personal overall experience and willingness to comeback.

Annamarie mixes a fantastic drink and gives great recommendations!! What really set her apart part is the energy she brings to the bar and atmosphere she creates.. she very attentive without hovering, fun without being over the top and always keeps everything under control no matter how busy!! You can easily tell how genuine she is and how much she likes her job. Do you yourself a favor if you are heading to Firewaters make sure Annmarie is bartending!! I guarantee you will want come back. Continue what you are doing Annamarie!!! Can’t wait to get back myself.

First time visiting and the barmaid was extremely rude. Looked at 4 different menus with nothing listed regarding what is offered in a can. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and with attitude say Well what are you looking for?” I stated what I was looking for and she said, again with attitude, “Well I have those” and then accused me of being loud and “angry”. Her sidekick on the other side of the bar agreed. I stated I no longer wanted my drink and she then replied “Good”. I asked how much the draft beer was my husband got…$8 for a draft beer is ridiculous!!. Paid the money for the beer and the barmaid, began to walk out and she then threw the money on the floor. Wonderful, warm establishment. Great way to run a business.

Was out last minute Xmas shopping and decided to pop in for a quick drink. Kathy was my bartender and she was very friendly and so helpful on helping me find a Xmas gifts for my expecting wife. Never had food here but I’ll definitely pop in again.

Had drinks at the bar, Lauren was our bartender. OMG she was the absolute best! If you are anywhere near this bar, stop by, get a drink and say hey to Lauren who is the absolute best! Drinks were great, we didn’t have food so I can’t comment on that. But the service at the bar was outstanding

We had some pre-dinner drinks and took advantage of happy hours $5 drink list. Lauren took excellent care of the bar and was very tentative to everyone there. Very friendly and an excellent bartender. Thank you for the Moscow mules and LIT’s . Highly recommend to visit on your stay.
