Absolutely the slowest place to get your food, even when you order online. Every time we have ordered online it says it will be ready between 15 and 25 minutes. We go there in a half hour and they haven’t even started our bagels yet. Today I waited for six bagels for 45 minutes that was called in over 35 minutes ago girls behind the counter, having conversations with one of the ladies ordering food while the lady behind her steamed off because the other gal wasn’t helping her. Mind you it was one of the managers that was running the store, somebody needs to retrain this gal because everybody working underneath her is following her same actions. New leader ship needed here!

Food is consistently good. However, restaurant consistently is short staffed on weekend mornings. Napkins are often not restocked promptly. Restaurant area also tends to get dirty (staff is needed to clean off tables and pick up after inconsiderate customers do not clean up after themselves).

I really enjoyed this Bruegers. It is literally attached to the Caribou, so you can walk right through the door and get a coffee or tea while you’re waiting for your sandwich – if it even takes that long. Bagel was fresh. Highly recommend creating your own sandwich and asking for a bunch of vegetables in addition to your deli meat, cheese, and cream cheese of choice. The lettuce is actually green and the vegetables are fresh. Ends up being delicious and a healthy lunch option. Feel good food at a cheap / affordable price.

Bagels not in stock. We have gone there two weekends in a row between 7-9 am and they have been out of plain bagels both times with a wait time of 10-15 minutes for more plain bagels. Friendly service but disappointing they don’t have things in stock repeatedly.

Great fast service. Only three people in line and employee knew to call another employee up front. Clean and orderly, extra requests were asked and not assumed, love that!!! With that being said, I don’t love that brueggers got clever and started to charge an extra fifty cents both honey and butter on your bagel when before you could just grab it from the dispenser.

Location was surprisingly well staffed and all the food was ready. However, I will not be returning considering they now charge an extra 20¢/bagel when it’s not plain. I believe this is a franchise thing as other places are not doing it. Great bagels but beware of the steep price.
