I don’t ever give reviews, but I really wanted to give a review for this Firehouse Subs restaurant. First of all, it has the nicest employees working in there, genuinely so friendly which makes the service so much better. The food was phenomenal and the greatest thing is they have french fries now that come with a dipping sauce that is really good. The fries are the bomb diggity btw! Anywho, if you’re craving a sub and some fries, stop by the firehouse subs on Woodruff Road, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

When we walked in we’re were treated with for faster service please order at the kiosk. I had a coupon. I had to ask for help and the young guy really did not want to help. Another guy helped and did not seem to mind. It took awhile to get the food bc they were more concerned with take out orders than dine in. There were several others who came in after us and were told to order on the kiosk. One was an older couple who needed help as well. We are both Firehouse fans but it is going downhill fast.

This place is the worst! My family and I love firehouse. We have enjoyed other locations, but this location has the absolute worst customer service! We have went several times and they try to close early. I was standing by the register and the young lady working had me standing there while she did the trash (which this is just disgusting-didn’t even wash her hands before making my sub)! I was standing there for a solid 5 minutes before she took my order, but It was only when I acted like I was about to record her that she stopped cleaning. Not to mention they had half the store closed down. They frequently mess up the orders too! Not only that, but don’t bother calling your order ahead! They turn off the phone ringer! I’m not kidding, I put the theory to a test and had my husband in the store while I called and the phone was hidden with the ringer off!!! I will not go back!
