Sat down for a half pepperoni pie earlier. Service was warm and efficient, the pizza arrived in 10 to 12 minutes. There’s nothing like a hot pizza and this was very well prepared. Solid base, crispy crust, cheese was stretchy and just the right amount of sauce.

Everyone has their favourite pizza shop. A few years ago I lived on S.Ocean, and Italiano’s on Main was our place for food. A 25 minute walk. I faced snow, sleet, rain, or worse, but always worth it. Am back here now and again, it’s still and always the best, even better than I remembered! Great food and wonderful staff/service. Get the chicken-ranch slices, which are crunchy-&-chewy all-at-once, and line up for PinWheels-on-Tuesdays!

Located close or next to the Patchogue Theater. The pizza was seriously good here. Old fashioned margarita and pepperoni slices were delicious. Margarita had a subtle flavor with delicate sauce with just a hint of garlic rather than chunky sauces laden with garlic at other spots. The crust was a little thicker but didn’t detract from the taste for the margarita. Pepperoni slice crust was normal thickness crust. One of the better margaritas if not the best I’ve found in mid-Suffolk so far.
There is a good amount of self seating inside. We were there before a showtime at the theater. It got crowded. We got a table before seating became scarce. There were two rude customers hogging two separate booths that seat at least 4-6 people each to no fault of the restaurant instead of occupying tables for two that wouldn’t move despite the crowd.
The service was friendly and prompt. Had to wait a few minutes for the order and one of their team members brought it to our table when it was ready.

Got a regular and a Sicilian Margherita. . Had it delivered and was kept aware of every step. The flavor was on point. Everything was fresh and hot. This pizza is a step above in a land of pizzerias! Thank you!

You can’t get a better regular slice in the village. By far, it’s my favorite slice. The Old-World Margherita and Brooklyn are fantastic as well. It’s a bit pricier than the rest in the village but worth it if you got it or to treat yourself. Their vodka sauce is really good. If you like Penne alla Vodka, you will enjoy theirs. The pasta fagioli is really good. Fantastic on a cold winter day.

Italiano Pizza & Food Co. is not only super accessible due to the parking in back area for a quick pick up but it is a clean and easy to navigate space! I recently ordered a grandma chicken pie to go and stopped at Standard Rec for a Peaches and Herb while I waited anywho, I enjoyed my drink and picked up the pizza to go and it was AMAZING! I don’t know how to describe it but my family was also so happy and my brother (he’s very picky!) loved it! I am adding a pic and you should go there and try it! I would recommend Italiano for sure.

This is our go-to spot for pizza in Patchogue. The garlic knots, fazzanis (parmigiana, roni-pepper and san gennaro), mozzarella sticks, fresh fried mozzarella, rice balls and new york style pizza (plain, extra cheese, breaded chicken, grilled chicken, pepperoni, meatball, and olive) are always great. Very good quality food, and they have a reward system on their website were you can earn points for free food, which is nice. They also occasionally offer sale specials for certain occassions (most recent was a back-to-school one). Fyi, we always get delivery, which is consistently quoted at 40 minutes, but sometimes it arrives quicker.
