They only have 1 (one) person cooking and one person taking and filling orders drive thru and walk ins because they are too cheap to staff correctly they have employees doing the work of 5 the funny thing is if they would staff correctly, including all 24 hours they would do a lot more business. Instead, they have a high amount of employees.that quit which effects cooking right etc.

Jack burgers are cheap because they cook a bunch of burgers first, then heats them under a heated lamp to dry them out. Then, they are assembled with tomatoes, lettuce and onions. The fries are OK when they are fresh. 2-stars for their effort. They are trying, given the “fast food” industry they are in.

Best fast food restaurant I’ve been to. This place is always spotless, stocked, fast & accurate. And they always give super customer service, even when they get slammed, because they do. It doesn’t matter if i show up in my Sunday’s best, or my bum clothes, lol, I get treated just the same.
