Eggs are rarely cooked properly. Forget getting properly scrambled or whole egg in your breakfast. Then, about a week ago my evening dinner Cluck sandwich was a hard piece of chicken, unfit for anyone. I’m not willing to return. Service is nice, so that is why two stars instead of (n)one.

So disappointed in the Cluck Chicken sandwich and the Homestyle club sandwich total waste of money. The chicken patties were so hard and tough when you take a bite your getting the breading and bread an no chicken because its that darn hard. The entire piece of chicken totally hard. Not sure if these were sitting out or if they were freezer burnt or if this was a manufacturing issue. Total waste of money. Why even sell chicken sandwiches if you can’t get it right.

This Jack in the Box in Lake Elsinore really stands out. Their lettuce wraps are made much better than at other Jack’s locations — neat, fresh, and nicely done every time. The food quality is consistent, and service is quick and friendly. It’s my go-to spot when I want a good fast meal done right.

The shift leader Jamie is exceptionally rude and should not be in management. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes attempting to get help and she just gave me the cold shoulder after repeated inquiries. I visited this location on 11/10 and unfortunately had the worst experience I’ve ever encountered here. The staff members Stacy and Jamie (the shift leader) were exceptionally rude. I was struggling to place my order on the kiosk and, despite repeatedly asking for assistance, was ignored for over 10 minutes. The shift leader outright dismissed every question I asked and acted as if I wasn’t even there, refusing even the most basic courtesy.
I dine at this restaurant at least once a week and have never been treated with such disregard and disrespect. All I wanted was to order food, yet I was met with nothing but contempt, as if I were a nuisance. After this treatment, I will not be returning. The team would greatly benefit from additional training, particularly in showing basic empathy and support to guests who are having difficulties.
They just lost a loyal customer.

Terrible experience! They forgot the egg on my crossaint. The fries were cold, the order took 8 plus minutes and they packed it to go when it was dinning. The cashier was not friendly at all. Overall a bad experience this morning.
Disappointing experience again. No customer service, fries were either reheated or the oil was old, and they had no regular sugar. Seems like employees dont care.

I drive thru. The service is friendly, gets it right and is quick!
Only complaint is this corner location is a little awkward to get in and out of. Small lot on a tight and busy corner

Came through the drive-thru Hold on Sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes before they asked me to pull around front and continue to wait
40 minutes for 2 combos and they got the order wrong. Food was pretty good. But the service wasn’t. Hopefully they can fix that in the future. #Wish this was still wild weenie.

You have to order from a kiosk inside, that doesn’t accept coupons. It seems they try to not hire sufficient help. Very sad. And the inside wait is horrendous…
