I’ve been coming to this specific location since I was a kid and it’s the only location I’ll go to. Other locations in the area can’t even compete. The family that operates the business are friendly. The sandwiches are always fresh and consistent. The sweet tea is always good. It’s clean. I have nothing but good things to say.

Okay Firhouse, what’s up?…got the beef dip….at first I was disappointed about how little dip was provided with such a heavy sandwich….less than 10 minutes to get into on our take out…now I’m mad because the bottom of sandwich is so soggy …leaves little need for the dip now. To have to pickup the soggy though…nasty. The salad bowl is so soggy and soft too and made awkward to get out of bag and try to hold. Didn’t get extra pickle. Just crazy today….not the day for it or your rating.

Good place but it’s really hard to see as it’s in the middle of an old shopping center with no others stores. Tucked behind some crepe Myrtle trees that cover the sign.

Usually not super busy. Doesn’t take long for the food, and everything is cooked to order. It’s nit as fast as subway. But I think the quality is marginally better. Also, a benefit is the Coca-Cola freestyle machine which has cherry vanilla Dr pepper which is like impossible to find in a soda fountain so I truly appreciate that as it perfectly co.pliments the Italian sub.

My fiancée & I came in around 8:30PM, just before closing, and Ruben went above and beyond to help us out. We wanted our subs with the bread on the side, so we could build our own subs at home. Despite the late hour, he was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He didn’t rush us at all and made sure we got exactly what we needed. It’s rare to find that level of service, especially at the end of the day. Thank you, Ruben, for your outstanding customer service!
