I visited this Starbucks with a group of coworkers and we had a very disappointing experience. After waiting for a long time for our drinks, one of us politely asked what was happening.
We were told there was a problem printing the labels, but the barista did not clearly explain the situation. Instead of helping, another employee stepped in and told him that he should not give us any explanation, and the situation became tense.
Then several staff members joined in and started arguing with us. We felt disrespected and attacked, even though we were calm and only trying to understand what was going on.
To make things worse, one employee was extremely rude and we were told to leave the store. Being asked to leave after simply asking a question was shocking and humiliating.
Customer service should always be professional and respectful. Sadly, this was not the case here. I hope the management takes this seriously and works to improve how customers are treated.

The team here is exceptional—warm, personable, and intentional about learning their regulars’ names and favorite drinks. I literally had to pull over as I just grabbed my coffee 2 seconds ago, my order is always made perfect (I hope I’m not jinxing myself lol) but I had to write this review because of an amazing barista Kiki (in the drive through this morning on 9/9) always makes my day with amazing customer service and a big smile every single time. She’s amazing..Starbucks give her a raise, she’s the reason I come to this location.

I generally have a pretty good time there, I left the stars for food blank because I haven’t ordered food from them before but their drinks I have, and are fairly quick with getting your order done after ordering. Coffee’s there are good and the employees are efficient and have always greeted me when I ordered. ^^

I visited this Starbucks on a Sunday at 9 am. After getting out of my car and walking all the way to the door, I noticed the handwritten tape thingy saying “drive-through only”. I was expecting to spend some time there drinking my coffee and reading my book, but OK. Let’s try drive-through! I got in my car ready to place my order in the app, but ordering ahead was not an option at this location. Then I get in the drive-through to order the food and the line was slow! I understand sometimes places are shorthanded, but customer service should still be happening. After placing my order and saying thank you, the reply I get is “no problem”. I go to the window, no greeting, no thank you for your patience, no nothing. Is too early in the morning for people to be so plain and grumpy. I’m glad I don’t live near here so I don’t have to come to this Starbucks again.

Worst Location I’ve ever experienced. I hope corporate investigates this location for charging customers for product they dont have and putting different ingredient inside drinks thats not on menu. Location is very rude, and not customer friendly towards Melanated customers. I just wanted a 2 tall triple and the barista told me it cost $16…. This drinks cost me $3.69 per drink across Country what makes Brockton So different. The Crazy thing is they didnt even care. You have employees laying on tables counting money like its a strip club, I mean somebody restaurant help for this location.

Absolutely the worse service/no service ive experienced at any establishment so far. There were atleast 5 employees there. Neither cared to ask if I or the other gentleman needed any help at the pick up section. They literally just ignored us and left us standing there several minutes before i decided to exit. The store closes at 9 pm. I went through the drive thru at 8:20 pm and they didn’t respond, then i went to the window to ask if they were closed, a girl at the window just kept cleaning around and acted as if she wasn’t seeing me waiving at or heard me honking. .

Ordered my coffee on the app for drive-through pick up at 2:12 PM. The app said it would be ready at 2:18 PM. I waited in line and finally got my order at 2:38 PM. No apologies for the delay no concern that it’s taking 20 minutes to make one coffee. Absolutely ridiculous wait time.
