We managed to find a spot to park the semi across from the BP. I only had a couple regrets from what I chose from the buffet because I didn’t expect them to be sweet (the cucumber tomato salad, and the beets.) I personally prefer savory over sweet. Everything else was delicious. I especially loved the beans and even after feeling full I wanted to go back for more. Thanks for lunch!

Absolutely fabulous!
Definitely a hidden gem.
Was told by another person to try it out so hopefully this review will get their name out more so it’s no so hidden.
A friend told us about it and boy were we in for a surprise.
There was a line the whole time we were there for the buffet and for the to-go side.
If you wait for dinner time the price goes up and few dollars around 4ish but dang it’s so worth it to pay more to get shrimp, 2 kinds of fish, scallops in town is great!
It’s a country buffet but the dinner offers the seafood items but it’s so nice that everything was filled promptly and it all stayed hot.
Constantly folks at the buffet but never had to wait long.
Would have gotten more pics of the buffet items but someone was always getting a plate so its not a bad thing so I could only get photos of my tables plates.
The decorations make it seem like an upscale dinning room with the dark colors but the pendit chandelier is really awesome.
Even the bathrooms have all black colors but they were very dirty is the only negative I can find about Pauline’s.
So many dessert options and you have to try the peach cobbler which is hidden in the hot roll up cabinet but the rolls next to it were cold. Maybe they can have those yeast rolls hot next time as we are already planning our next visit.
Have plenty of hot items like scallop potatoes, eice and gravy, mashed potatoes, some odd BBQ but we didn’t come here for the BBQ and the mac n cheese is one of the best I’ve ever had besides mine. Lol
Plenty of cold items like broccoli salad and coleslaw.
I think the best part for the kids was the ice cream truck type options!
They couldn’t get enough of the options without getting sick as they even had oldschool orange push-pops.
If these are actually Pauline’s recipes then bravo to her as she has certainly come up with some great food and knows how to run a buffet.

The food was excellent. The cowboy beans were the best I have had so far. The yams were perfect, the smoked ribs were so tender. The staff was kind & fast with the refills & clearing the tables. The atmosphere was cozy & friendly. The facility was clean & inviting. I will definitely be going back!!

I had a wonderful Pauline’s the food Mayor Butler the man just like family open to suggestions and ideas he plans to help with mine. Then I turned and fell in to the arms of Nate Burleson My CBS News Man I nearly had a heart attack as he held me up. I’m so down since my son was recently murdered, Help is on the way, Mayor Butler and Nate CBS said they are willing to help me with my broken heart incredible people Thank you Mayor and your staff Thank you Nate and your staff I have not smiled for a while. Thank you Pauline’s the food was great the staff was phenomenal overall I’ll be back to dine again and again.

Went on Sunday and food was good and service was nice but the customers near our table were sooo RUDE. We were led to our seats in that back room. It’s a nice little room, but there were two tables back there singing. They called it “choir rehearsal”. My party couldn’t hear ourselves over their singing, we were dang near shouting to talk to each other. Honestly, I could have spoken up or even complained to the hostess, but I thought at some point they would realize they were being rude. But no, they became even louder. If I encounter this the Next time, I’ll either request another table location or ask the hostess to assist. Made my food hard to digest. Ugh, trying to be nice never works.

We went to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday. Everything was a 10 out of 10. The buffet offers were just enough, the ice cream was individual serving items and the server was very attentive. This was my first visit and I truly enjoyed myself. I don’t usually enjoy/care for buffets but Pauline’s is smaller and more personal. Thank you.

This was some of the best southern home style cooked food i have ever ate. I am not a fish eater but I had 5 pieces of the fish with the homemade tarter sauce. It was so good. My husband said that the collard greens were some of the best he has ever had and he said the chicken was perfectly cooked.

5 stars all the way around. The food was everything you would want from a soul food restaurant. Our waitress was busy but on top of things. She kept the drinks full and the table clear. There was a wait to get in which made sense being that it was a Sunday after church hours. I could go to this place every day of the week! Although I don’t look for buffets, I am glad I ran into this one. This place will have you trying to hurt yourself loading up your plate. Everything was great!

My family and I went to Pauline’s this evening. The service was absolutely horrible!!! The waitresses were rude and very unpleasant. The bar where the food is set up was not cleaned nor kept up apart. They offered my aunt an empty container with a dead bug in it! We politely asked two separate waitresses for a dessert container one acted like we were bothering her, the other one quickly said no and my aunt corrected her and said I was given one by another employee. She reluctantly found one and said well look at that!!!!! The service was completely nasty and very distasteful tonight. It’s a wonder why they were already on the news for an employee being nasty while handling food. Do better Pauline’s!!!!
