Oh my goodness! This was a last minute decision on our road trip and am so happy we stopped! The food is excellent! If you like southern food then you absolutely must try Pauline’s. I would gladly drive over an hour again just to eat here. It’s unfair that the negative ratings are based on staffing. Pretty much every restaurant has that issue post-Covid. Just go. I promise you’ll love it!
