The food is always good , but it literally took them my entire lunch hour to get my damn food! Then on top of that, they just threw my damn sandwich in the bag and didn’t even close the lid !! I couldn’t even eat it I had to eat on the road. So if you want to wait FOREVER, for your food go here, otherwise go elsewhere! I will not be back

Never had a bad experience here. The people are friendly, the food is phenomenal, and the vibe is excellent between supporting the firefighters and naming subs accordingly (like the classic hook and ladder). Love the meatball subs and the sweet tea! All sandwiches are served with a pickle too. There’s several tables, and you can usually hear pretty well to have good conversation (sometimes the music is louder than others).

Got delivery through Dine In. The food was all delicious. We tried 2 different subs and the chili. We really enjoyed the bread and how soft it was. Love that they also put the sandwiches in containers instead of just wrapping them to better preserve the integrity for takeout.

We went to Firehouse Subs to take advantage of the T-Mobile Tuesdays deal they offered. None of the employees could figure out how to do a “buy 1/get 1 free” transaction on their register, nor on the Firehouse Subs app. It was ridiculous.
We ended up walking out & went to a nearby restaurant for dinner.
Hey, Firehouse, if you are going to partner with T-Mobile (or any other company) and offer a deal, you should train your employees so they can help customers properly. Very disappointing experience.
