This was my first time trying the food.I was anticipating great food from the other reviews I read. Definitely not what I expected for my first time.. My hotdog was wet even the bun..I ordered the 5 piece mild wings with no mild anything just regular wings.. Nice size but not mild.. I won’t be returning

The hotdogs are the only thing I would recommend. I had my hopes set high for Skipper’s. The BBQ is trash, there is no way anyone tastes that BBQ before they served it for the day just awful. The Mac-n-Cheese not good at all. The wings probably were cooked a few hours ago, they taste old. Long as my wait time was I was expecting fresh chicken wings. I visited Skipper’s last week, I had two hotdogs that I waited 25 minutes for. The hotdogs were ok, it was just the wait was a bit much for two hotdogs. I called this time but that was a joke on me. The girl took my order in whole, when she said thank you, I asked do you need my name, she said no just tell us what you ordered when you get here. Basically I called it in, but I had to order again when I got to Skipper’s and had to wait 20 additional minutes. The star is for the hotdogs.

Slow as can be but reasonably priced. The food is fine, except this time they gave me a cheese dog with only cheese not actual hotdog and they’re too slow to bother going back.

Great hot dogs. Really good flavor, cooked to perfection, and the bums were done perfectly as well. The hamburgers were a really good size. The Carolina style (xhili, slaw, and mustard for the uninformed) burger was extremely good. The meat was seasoned well, the chili had a lottle bite, the slaw was creamy and crunchy, and the mustard was sharp, and all of it worked excellent together. The staff was professional and courteous, as well as fast! Prices are excellent as well Thursday Hamburger special was 2 for $4. The fries were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and salted to perfection. Highly recommend.
