Great sub shop. The eating area was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the customer service was above expectation. You get a really meaty sub here for your money.
The only ding is that the the paper towel dispenser didn’t work. You’ll be going to REHouse Subs instead – since their sign is broken.

When we walked in we were greeted by all 3 employees that were in the store. Abdisa was the gentleman that helped us with our order making sure we got the most bang for our buck. The establishment was clean. Even after getting our order we wanted to leave a survey and we were having trouble getting into the survey, but even one of the employees that was on there break was very kind to help us get to the survey. Food was amazing and filling. 10-10. 5 STAR. Will come back again and again.

If I could give this place a 0 star, that’s what it deserves today. 4 of my coworkers went to this location for lunch and the employees were on something cause they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off and getting nothing done. After waiting 40+ minutes for their orders they asked for a refund and were given attitude. We are Fire Protection Journeymen and frequent firehouse locations all across the country, but today we didn’t even get to eat lunch due to the lack of customer service we experienced at this location. Not happy and I hope the people behind us also got a refund, as they were from the same jobsite as us. Not happy Firehouse.

For it being my first time ever to a firehouse sub it was very welcoming and the staff is super sweet and nice. Only bad thing is that they are a bit slow. Not sure if it’s because they were training or if it was because they were busy but the restaurant looked dead. Any who slow but sweet and nice clean and food was good. But you can never win when dinning out lol

First time trying Firehouse last night…. Fully regretting that decision today. Me and my husband got the steak and peppers sandwich to share and woke up sicker than ever. It was not very good looking but ate it anyway considering our bill was almost $70!!! Forgot our sides, and the food was barely mediocre. Now dealing with the food poising we received from this place!

Kids and I really enjoyed our first visit. Subs are moist, juicy, tasty, flavorful and fairly sized and priced. The added pickle spear is crunchy and flavorful. It really helps that the guy helping us was just terrific. Dining space is open, well lit, and clean.

First time I had ever tried “Firehouse Subs” and it was just an amazing experience all around! I apologize if I butcher any of the crews’ names, but Crystal and the new guy “A” (not even gonna try, sorry man!) were so attentive and expedient with my order. Also, props to the gentleman working on the humongous delivery order, at the time. Excellent job! Everyone there was extremely personable. Bridget (sorry if I spelled that wrong too. My apologies!), runs a tight ship and if I still owned my own restaurant, I would have poached on this location to try and convince every one of these people to join my team in a kitchen. Beyond pleased with the experience, service, and quality of the food here for my first time. Will gladly be returning again! -Doc

We have ordered twice from this location and both times my husband’s and my order were wrong. The most recent was am incident where my turkey-bacon-ranch on wheat and his hook and latter on white were made wrong, whereas my turkey had his ham on wheat, and his hook and latter had only turkey and cheddar and nothing else. I understand that moving with a sense of urgency in any service job is essential, but that urgency should never take priority over efficiency. I think the management of this store needs to reflect on how they have trained their staff and work on their, very obvious, areas of opportunity as leaders. Employees are reflections of management and subpar work reflects subpar leadership.

I love Firehouse subs but this location is terrible. The restaurant was extremely dirty, the floors throughout, the countertops, etc. I didn’t notice until after we paid. Uhhhh! We ordered to go and live 10 mins away. My sandwich was poorly made and the bread was soggy. The flavor was not the usual. I’m super grossed out now. Never going back to this location.
