I had the shrimp and grits and they were amazing. Also had a cup of Gumbo that was really good. The BLT was the best I have ever had. The bread pudding with Carmel topping was spot on.

This is the real deal, the best muffuletta I have eaten outside of New Orleans. The cookies are perfection as well. Great snack shack eclectic atmosphere adds to the experience. The service is friendly and efficient. I will definitely be back to try other favorites from New Orleans.

I truly enjoyed my time at the Nolabama Snack Shack. The owners are sweet people and they have a tasty food selection. Their shrimp and grits are some of the best shrimp and grits that I have ever tasted in my life. The atmosphere of the restaurant makes you feel like you are in New Orleans and I enjoyed listening to the jazz music they played. I recommend that everyone in the Dadeville area try Nolabama Snack Shack!!

We absolutely loved our lunch here. My grandson who has lived in Louisiana for six years said it was the best gumbo he’s ever had. My husband had the special which was pork medallions with peppers and gravy over grits and he said it was delicious. I figured I wouldn’t have a good meal as I am so picky but I got the cold roast beef sandwich plain and it was so good. The grilled bread absolutely made the sandwich. We even got two quart size frozen gumbos to go. We will definitely eat here again if we are in this area. Great food and friendly service.

They have the absolute best shrimp and grits I’ve ever eaten. The prices are a little steep but you get what you pay for. Everything I have tried has been fantastic and well worth it. Always friendly service with a smile. The decorations and music brings a little Cajun to Dadeville and will put a smile on your face too.

Our first visit but DEFINITELY not our last. We had the shrimp and grits, Nola roast beef, shrimp poboy and cubama. Each one was DELICIOUS! Great portion size, wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff! They gave us each a sample of the bread pudding with caramel sauce…to die for! Looking forward to our next trip and trying something new. You will NOT be disappointed!!

Nolabama Snack Shack is the new favorite go-to place for my wife and me. The owners are very nice people and Darin is one of, if not the best, chef in the state in my opinion.
Great atmosphere and great food. We usually either dine in or carry out once a week and have never been unsatisfied with any menu item. I recommend everybody to come to Nolabama and give them a try, you won’t regret it.

SO AWESOME!!! We charted a scenic daytrip around GA and AL recently and found this place along our route, decided to stop in due to the great reviews, AND IT WAS EXCELLENT!!! I ordered the BLT with fresh basil mayo–OMG! Freshest produce I’ve absolutely ever had on a sandwich. Also, the white chocolate pecan cookies are divine. Service was quick and friendly, and the outdoor sitting area is CUTE and so shady and comfortable on a 90+ degree day. We will absolutely be back here again this summer. Can’t recommend enough!
