As usual, Firehouse Subs delivered exactly what they’re known for. We were immediately greeted when we walked in, which always sets the tone. Our order was taken promptly, and the team made sure to ask if we wanted to upsize. We were given our cups, made our drinks, and before long our food was ready.
Everything came out exactly the way it was supposed to—fresh, well-prepared, and consistent. The staff was friendly and genuinely engaged, which makes a big difference. You can tell they actually care about the product they put out and the experience they provide.

I ordered 2 of the same sandwich the pizza sub… first one was done beautifully that it made my husband change his mind so he got the same thing … when we got home the 2nd pizza sub was not so Inviting… my husband threw it away … it look like a hot mess … and the young man had his hair up but it is long and no net when I asked the manager why didn’t he have a net she said he didn’t have to because it was up and he had a visor on … smh …

All the food at Firehouse Resturants taste pretty much the same, which is good, but it took forever for them to make the subs and we were the ONLY clients in there… Also just as an FYI, This Firehouse does not provide a military discount, unlike MANY other Firehouse “franchised” locations. I’d say eat at the restaurants who appreciate the sacrifice our men and women serving our Country endured.

There is not enough staff (3 people on the line), and those who are working don’t seem to be too concerned with time. It took over half an hour after ordering to receive our food. I think they averaged 10 minutes per order. And it wasn’t very crowded. We typically trust Firehouse to provide good food quickly but am horribly disappointed here.

We eat here about every 6 weeks. My sandwich was excellent. The whole wheat bread was fresh, there was plenty of meat. My wife had a salad, it was fresh, lots of greens, lots of fixings. Service was not blazingly fast but reasonable and very friendly. They had a score of 100 on their recent safety inspection. We would return.
