In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. I wanted the lunch special which is 2 slices of pizza and a pop. I always get the lunch special at least 3 times a month and never have I been told that if I want fresh slices of pizza then I would have to buy an menu pizza with more slices. So I called a different Jets and they were able to make me fresh slices and the other Jets even told me that they are supposed to make fresh slices if requested to. This Jets has poor customer service and the lady was rude on the phone.

Hello was here trying to eat lunch walk in and asked for a slice of pizza. Had a 50 dollar bill and she instantly had a attitude with me.. It was visibly and then proceeded to say go to the gas station for some change.. asked her for her name and she walks away the guy also behind the counter was completely incompetent of anything… He was hiding his face while I took pictures of both of them I will never come back here this was my favorite spot the customer service is awful and the manager needs some training on how to effectively solve the problem thanks for the time spent

This place is very very bad with customer service I Lost my credit card and sent for delivery on a pizza and ask if I could pay cash instead the driver said give me a second while I call into the store while I was waiting for her to return she pulled off. I called the store and got cussed out and told not to play games with them and ever since then when I placed the order. and every since then when I place an order there this Russian sounding lady caused me. Harassing me telling me that they will not make my order unless I am their present in their store so I call and place an order to pick up. This is weeks later. This lady caused me back asking me. Am I really gonna come and pick up this order because she isn’t gonna play with me. I have never been treated so rudely and unfairly in my life and she told me to go somewhere else and order my pizza which I will not because you are in my city and I will continue to order there. I have done nothing wrong.

The manager was very rude . My pizza was left at the door and I was unaware of it being left at the door . The delivery drive did not knock at the door at all . While I was calmly explaining to the manager she got extremely defensive and rude the hold time . I understand being busy but that does not give anyone the right to be belligerent to a paying customer at all.
