I walked in and ordered a Hot & Ready pizza. Nothing extra. Nothing special. Just a regular Hot & Ready. If they had told me that I would be standing in their foyer for the next 48 minutes waiting for a single pizza, I would not have stayed. This is absolutely ridiculous. When they finally gave it to me, they gave me one that had been sitting around for God only knows how long. I guess they were planning to give it to someone else who didn’t show up. So, I had to wait almost an hour for a single pizza, & when I finally got it, it wasn’t even fresh. There was no apology. No thanking me for my patience. Not even a word. There is absolutely no part of this experience that is even remotely excusable. This location is on my way home, & I’ve had several bad experiences here in the past, but this one takes the cake. I can literally drive all the way home & order delivery & get my food faster & fresher. This was the last straw. I will never return to this location again.

Easily the worst food experience I’ve had in Michigan. How a pizza can be both burnt and undercooked at the same time is honestly baffling. The Crazy Bread was also completely undercooked.
If you live near this location, do not go!!! Save your time and your money.
To be clear, this isn’t a knock on Little Caesars as a whole—I’ve had perfectly fine food at other locations. But the food quality at this one is unacceptable. The photos shown are exactly how the pizzas looked the moment I opened the box.

Never come here!!! Ijust waited an hour for this. The bread rolls are cold the pizza isn’t formed correctly. The pizza is soggy. No one even greeted me I had to tell them the name of my mobile order and again waited an hour for cold bread and pizza. The only reason why I’m so upset is the fact that I’ve worked at a little ceasers before and this isn’t it. I’m so disappointed and i started to call but the line said they were waiting for someone to answer the call and thought what’s the point imma be waiting here as long as I was waiting for food. Truly disappointed.

This place is going to go bankrupt. The service is terrible, the staff is awful, you can tell they hate their jobs. They’re constantly grabbing their hair. Everything is filthy and disorganized. They just threw the pizza on the tray and left it all misshapen and didn’t even cut it. They don’t even have sauce for the bread. This place is absolutely disgusting!!!

Has gone horribly downhill since Maureen left. The staff dont care to acknowledge customers as they come in. Placed a order, was told a 10 min wait. Watched the kid play on his phone listening to music out loud for 10 mins, then proceeds to hand me the pizza thats been sitting at the end of the oven getting cold since I walked in? Uhm, no thanks. I asked for a hot pizza instead so he left the pizza at the front counter for 5 mins and tried to give it to the next guy. ✋ health hazard. When the next guy said no too he set it aside for someone else.
I dont know who’s running this place now but something needs to be fixed if you want to keep customers.
No hand washing, touching money then touching food, not caring about the quality of the food(some just sits and is cold, others i seen went out burnt), phone ringing off the hook(gets ignored), when I asked about placing an order over the phone I was completely ignored, ripped jeans are part of the uniform? (Looks super unprofessional) and I’m sure there more that I didn’t see.

I get that you’re busy, but my order was ready for 30 minutes (while I stood there and checked on it three different times). The staff didn’t bother to look in the oven behind them to see if my one pizza was ready.
Come on, one guy shouldn’t be doing all the work while two young dudes goof off in the back.
If you’re busy, cashier should regularly check in with customers and look at all orders to confirm they are processing or done.
If they are processing, the cashier should still interact with customers and inform them where they are in the process.
Don’t just let 10 people give you mad faces and you ignore them.

DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION…GO TO THE ONE ON FORD. Ordered a classic PEPPERONI pizza online along with Italian cheese bread. Once I got home I opened up the pizza box to see a luke warm, NOT FRESH CHEESE pizza. When I call up to the store they say the best they can do is make another pizza or give me a refund. I paid in cash so no matter what I had to drive all the way back to the store. When I get there I asked why it couldn’t be a refund PLUS the correct pizza; especially since I had to take more time out of my day, use my gas to come get my refund. The manager JEREMY says their policy is one or the other. This is disappointing and I k ow Jeremy has the ability to do both. Now I WILL NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. This isn’t the first time this location has messed up. Not sure if this one is a franchise or Corporate. If it’s Corporate, they should look into this locations performance. It’s giving Little Caesars a bad name.

Little Caesars used to be okay. But it’s been a long time and I don’t know why I even bother. The wait times are frequently 30-45 minutes longer than expected, and the food is always undercooked. 100% flop, and it’s so doughy that trying to take a piece from the box just tears in half. The customer service is consistently awful. Tried to get a hot and ready today and there wasn’t a single thing ready. Nothing. I asked the employee if there was anything going to be ready soon. He couldn’t even speak to me, just shook his head like I’m supposed to understand that. There’s a Domino’s opening nearby soon, I hope their customer service is better.

Ordered a cheese pizza… Received hard as rock, paper thin, flat bread on one side… Under cooked dough on the other side… And, barely any pizza sauce in sight. Just dry!
