Haven’t been there in a long time, recently went in for a sandwich. Got their steak sandwich in a large meal with their 5 Cheese Macaroni. Sandwich was really good, mac and cheese was amazing! I ended up buying 2 more cups to take home!

Food was good, but man the window service was not that good. The female worker talked to me like I was dumb at the window even when I repeated to her what I said 3 times. I got two combos and the pickles was not portioned right. One combo basicly game with a whole pickle and the other a sliver.Well at least the food was good. Don’t really think I will go there again, but this was just my experience.

I have been in town for the last three months. I have eaten at this location three times. This location cannot make a sub sandwich that depicts what a firehouse sub should be. I shouldn’t be paying 14.00 for just a sub and have such sparse toppings and one occasion they didn’t put any toppings. Sandwich making is a art. It is crystal clear this location lacks training for its sandwich makers. I highly recommend the franchise owner and managers in gage in what quality sandwiches they are producing. I will not spend any more of my hard earned money at this location until they put forth a firehouse sub product that is based on this company’s reputation of a quality sandwich.
