Well, my experience here was terrible. And I hope if anybody eats at this location, they don’t ruin it for someone to try it again somewhere else!!!! Very unfriendly staff, and to everyone that walked in the door the man said it’s gonna be about a 20 minute, wait and the lobby was empty. There was only us and 2 other tables in there. I get it Everybody’s doing online orders, but hire more people then.. it was just Annoying but once I watched a couple of old-er people struggle to get out of their car. Get all the way in just for him to discourage them with a time of 20 minutes. Just to wait for their food and He just came off as really unfriendly. And they just walk back to their car. But when he, said it to A man who was wearing a VET hat, and the man and his wife were still treated the same by this kid who said it’s gonna be about a 20 minute. Wait instead of something like
Let me get your order. We’re pretty backed up, but get you something to drink. And some chips, and we’ll get your sandwich out. As quick as we can like, why don’t you maybe get with this staff and check it? I don’t know. Maybe an ethics class would help. But there’s just no way to talk to people who are assuring your job

Heck the ice machine was out of ice and I simply asked, sir, is there no ice and he said, you’re gonna have to wait a minute. The ice machine is out of ice. I can get you some back here, but it’ll be a few. Well, why didn’t he tell me that when I bought the drink or get me the ice then?? Well When when we finally got our sandwiches, we clearly had stated we were going to dine in and they put us for dining out and then our food
wasn’t very good at all and they forgot my boyfriend’s aju For his french dip.
Sad thing is that i ate firehouse subs probably 3 or 4 times a month When I lived in Glendale, I loved it there, but My experience at the one here in showlow has definitely got me angry and I’m not sure I’ll return…

We have ordered from here before when visiting Pinetop. Tonight’s order will definitely be the last. I ordered the club sandwich with mayo and mustard. I received a sandwich with a terribly small amount of mayo and an even smaller amount of mustard. I called and the got the gal who said she made the sandwiches and she knew she put mustard on it. That is was Dijon and I probably couldn’t see it. She continued to argue with me. I told her all I wanted was some more mayo and mustard to dress this sandwich properly. And I wanted it delivered to me. She said that was not possible and offered to give me a credit for next time. I told her there would not be a next time. And she offered a credit again. I hung up. Please look closely at the attached photos and you will see some mustard seeds and enough mayo for a cracker. Totally unhappy. I ate the meat and cheese and the the bread in the trash. It was just too dry.

Took over 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru for two sandwiches one was plain steak and cheese one was a meatball and cheese only.
20 minutes after I already paid.
Over 35 minutes if you include the one vehicle in front of me.
When I asked the girl at the window if their wait time was normally 20 minutes she stated “It’s been very busy and I don’t want to hear it”
When I asked the young lady who claimed to be the manager – who her manager was, she claimed it was her and walked off.

I have waited very long wait times at this restaurant too often and I will never go back.
I will go to Subway.
I will not spend $30 for two sandwiches and wait 20 minutes to be talked to rudely.
After I get home, the sandwiches had food all over the outside of the containers.
Firehouse subs corporate, you need to get this franchise to step it up!

You should never treat people bad in a small town, word spreads fast and that’s how you lose money! We will never go back.

I was denied purchasing food today because they refused to accept any cash. The manager Christopher Stradley literally would not let me even pay with my credit card. The cashier had taken my Visa gift card which paid 22 dollars of the purchase and when I tried to pay the difference of 14.16 in cash they said they couldn’t make change so my granddaughter went out to get the 16 cents from the car. I gave him 20.16 in cash and he left to get the manager who then came over saying no one had gone to the bank so there was no cash to accept any kind of cash. Christopher went so far as to refuse me service even tho I said I would pay the difference with my credit card. They were very rude. I will never eat at a Firehouse Sub anywhere and unfortunate for you I’m a paralegal for a criminal attorney. After looking up your area 8RS 44-7952 that accepting cash cannot be denied for purchases under 100.00 dollars. Prepare to be sued. My 22 dollars that was charged to my visa gift card was never returned so your establishment actually stole 22 dollars from me. I also have video of how rude Mr Christopher was. My son-in-law is a police officer….. We have great respect for police and fire men. What you establishment did today was total disrespect to all men in uniform. This story will be spread far and wide with video.
I do not give them even one star but you HAVE TO pick one to get the review posted. I DO NOT recommend EVER going to this place.

Was offered 50-% on website when ordering off the web, but didn’t happen. Asked manager and he stated it’s our 3-rd party people and we don’t control that. Manager comped me 2-large drinks and two bags of chips, so overall happy. Will return again.

FINGERPRINTS not glove prints & the wait was 30+ minutes for just 2 cars!! The sandwich was cold & thrown together sloppy! On top of the, the guy who handed me my drinks just aggressively handed me my drink which caused the top to fall off & made a mess in my car! I will not be back.

Wow, Firehouse Subs in Showlow did not go the distance to make things right. Manager would not talk to me but relayed a message through the young man that answered the phone.
Last night I ordered a large French dip. $20 and some change. Got home to eat it and it was terrible with only 2 bites in. Tried to get some teenagers to eat it but they said it smelled weird. So I put it in frig for my grandson to eat on Saturday. Called Firehouse Subs to ask if I brought it back if they would make me something else. They said no. Such a waste of $20 bucks. Had I been in a restaurant they certainly would have taken care of me. Ugh…

This Firehouse Subs is always understaffed, slow, and unfriendly. I’ve placed online orders here that tell me to pick up at a certain time and my orders are never ready – I’m talking a 10-20 minute additional wait time. What’s the point of placing an online order if you still have to wait 20 minutes in the store to pick it up? This is unacceptable. Even in person and drive thru wait times are astronomical. If they can’t keep up with the demand of online and in person ordering they should reconsider how they do business.

Food was prepared well and was warm when received. Service was good except we had to wait at the window for our food for 15 minutes. We only ordered 2 sandwiches and nothing else. They need to work on their food preparation service.
