Went through the drive-thru and got our food quickly, which is the only positive part of this experience.
The employee at the window was extremely rude. My husband said “thank you very much” — no response. He told him to “have a great day” — again, no response, just a hostile stare. Basic courtesy shouldn’t be optional.
On top of that, my order was incorrect, and the food was poor quality. The chicken smelled and tasted like burnt flour — the kind of taste you get when old grease is overheated. It was bad enough that I couldn’t eat it.
I’m beyond frustrated with wasting money on food that isn’t what I ordered and isn’t even edible. Fast food may be quick, but accuracy and basic food quality should be the bare minimum. You literally have one job — make the order correctly and serve food that’s safe and enjoyable to eat. This location failed on all counts.

I came and asked for 2 white PC crispy chicken and double mashed potatoes. I got 2 dark and one mash potatoe. My mom always say I never get her order right and I made sure I said what she wanted. And now she dont want it after I went and got it. It was on Feb 2 around 730pm.

After around 3 months of my last time being there because of the service I gave them another try but nothing has changed, I made my order through the app and it’s said it will be ready in 5-15 minutes I arrived when the 15 minutes passed by and guess what they haven’t even started my order the manager said there gonna start doing it and guess what they didn’t have crispy chicken available I told her ok give me original then she says they don’t have chicken sandwiches and that would take another 8 minutes. I went into the app to see if I can cancel it and the app says if the order has being started it cannot be cancel. I told them ill do the drinks outside to help them out, big mistake from all the flavors the lemonade was pure and all the sodas were flat I told them and they say if those are bad, the ones inside are bad too. At the end I spent an additional 25 extra minutes just waiting. This would be the last time in this KFC.

My first time eating here and won’t do it again. Arrived 30 mins before closing to get the new 10pc nuggets. The young lady that took my order was actually very nice. When I got home and opened my box it looked like they cut up some dry tenders to pass as nuggets. Lot of audacity. They could’ve Just told me they were sold out of nuggets. Pretty Crazy!

I ordered classic chicken sandwich and fries on Monday, labor day. They had no fries. First classic chicken sandwich was cold so I asked for a hot one. I waited a long time. This very hot mess is what they gave me. What is that stuff on top of the chicken? I have had this sandwich before. The mayo goes on the bottom. I will never eat kfc again, ever. Don’t eat at this place!

How the frik’ is the place still open. To be this leather’y the chicken had to have been sitting there since noon. Popeyes across the street has an immature staff, but at least the food is edible. I had not done KFC in years. I doubt I’ll ever visit another one.

They are always out of chicken. This must be a franchise location because of the shortage. My meal was $6.89 and the ranch sauce was bigger than one of the chicken strips. If I would of only ordered the strips alone, it would of been $5.99 plus $1.50 for the Nashville hot. So $7.50 for 3 small strips!?!?! I only come here because my son loves the chicken sandwich. I will be calling corporate to request they close this location… KFC, do better.

The service at the drive thru was horrible. I had missing food. I had to go back inside. The man who I spoke to about my order is so RUDE and could care less. He put my biscuits in with my chicken- never has that happened before. One of my biscuits was literally as big as a half dollar. The food was horrible. I’ll never go to this location again. Plus, it was very dirty inside. $50 wasted.

Not great. Stood at the register for a couple minutes as multiple employees walked by without any sort of response. Popcorn chicken was more bread than chicken and was overcooked. They asked me what I wanted to drink,asked for sweat tea, then had to remind them after I got my food for the drinks. Also,they were out if sweat tea, which would have been nice to know when ordering. Dining and bathrooms were dirty. Just not a great experience.
