I will never go back to this location the person who took order needed to be trained . The food was not the same that I had at different locations. Sub was cold when it’s usually warm the order was wrong my kids sandwiches had hardly no meat and the kids meals where different prices then online they charge extra for kids meal. When I asked why I was told that it’s a franchise . So someone owns it and they change the prices. The people who work here need to be trained some more also no pickels with sub . I will never eat there again the 9ne on 98 north is way better and more family friendly

The staff is friendly, the food is good but several times I have gotten my sandwich and it was not made right and they forgot to add the bacon. Also, the brownies we asked for were not put in the bag. The online ordering system has been messed up the last two times I have tried to order, so about three weeks now.

My first time having firehouse subs and salad. food was not ready guy at the counter says meat is not ready, went sat outside in clear view of the pick up rack 17 min later the bags were put up. get the food home everything was soaking wet. there was no reason to call and complain if that was let out, there’s no quality control it will happen again. dog ate the wet meat . $27.79 what a shame. my biggest question is why was all my stuff dripping and soaking wet ?

I like the food, like the fact that they have a gluten-free bun option, like the app that allows me to earn points towards free food. I wish this location was able to scan the bar code on my app so I wouldn’t have to give my phone number each time.
