Editing this from a previous review a year ago. The restaurant has improved since then. It is still not the highest rated service, but there is little choice in good quality service at UK. The other two main places being Chick-fil-A and Subway. If you have never been, its just American Chinese food, a lot of chicken and beef with sauce, rice and noodles. Its a build-your-own meal instead of fixed combo menu. The food is the same compared to an actual Panda Express. Something they might be out of your usual pick. They have gotten better at this at least.
