This was disappointing to say the least. We have had firehouse subs once before and after that poor experience we decided to never go again. Well, today we decided to give them a second chance because there were no other sandwich shops nearby on our route. We placed a simple pickup order, one 6 in. sub & 12 in. sub and after opening our food, I was severely disappointed. On the 6 in. sub, the top slice of bread was barely existent and the sandwich itself was so tiny, like 4 1/2 in. I ordered “Untoasted”, of course it was toasted and only had 2 olive slivers on the sandwich, one of which had fallen off because there wasn’t enough bread to support the structure of a sandwich. Also, the turkey literally looks like it was grabbed in a fistfull and tossed on there. For the other sandwich, we asked for an extra pickle and shocker, we didnt get an extra pickle. For the price we paid, this was terrible. On top of all of that, there was not a single napkin in the bag. Never going back ever again.

Ordered two thanksgiving subs with cranberry sauce on the side and gravy both came with the cranberry sauce on the sub and I didn’t get gravy for either sub. Staff was nice but disappointing not getting what I ordered especially when it is so pricey

Had a medium Thanksgiving turkey sub for lunch.
It was surprisingly good. The turkey tasted like hand carved. Very moist. The stuffing had a good flavor to it and the mayonnaise blended very nicely. I did not get cranberry sauce simply because I do not like it. I will definitely get it again.

My husband and I were visiting from out of town and I was in the mood for a “hook & ladder” around 7 PM. The service was great, the atmosphere was good and the food was good as always .

Food is great, I got the cheese steak combo and it was alright, not the best I’ve had but not the worst. The cashier was kind of rude and rushed us through, which is fine I suppose. Other than that, food was quick and pretty tasty, would recommend trying it out!

Had high hopes for a good sub, only to take 2-3 bites and bite into a a bread tie that was melted on to the bread. For the price of the food, $62 for 4 sandwiches and a large drink, this shouldn’t happen. We waited 30 minutes as well.
It could’ve been handled with a little more grace.
Anyways I give two stars because they did refund two sandwiches (the one with plastic and a sub I got for my kids)

Every single employee in this store, especially those at work at 3:00pm, on 9/3/25, are the friendliest and most helpful staff, especially, Mylei, Callahan, amber, Christian, and Jordan, were all extremely helpful, and pleasant, I would come back to simply be good friends with these wonderful people. The food was prepared with care, and speed, this is the fastest, friendliest, and best firehouse that I have had the pleasure of coming to and I will be back!
