I got given a drink a little over half way full and when I asked about filling it up I got attitude then I asked for water and left the drink I was so agitated at the moment. Open my food up it’s cool to the touch, the chulipa was hard and even harder to eat. This place is worse than Mississippi taco bells what are y’all doing? Get rid of the lady in the towel looking hoodie and that might correct your service issue because she’s the bane of this visit and I might not return. I wished I could get my money back but I choked down the food because I need to eat and only had 30 minutes for lunch which was ruined by the time it took me to get thru this and choke the food down. I’m glad I had plenty of my own bottles water because that woman I won’t take anything from her hands. I’m just very upset and will actively tell people to not come to this one.

Just left, ate my food in the car and honestly I was super hungry so I didn’t notice until I was like 3 tacos in that the meat had a super off taste. Got chicken, steak, beef and chicken and steak were just cold but the beef wasn’t good at all, very metallic taste. Not sure what was going on but I definitely don’t feel great after eating it. This was a good confirmation that fast food honestly isn’t a good option anymore.

What happened to Taco Bell?! For decades, it was synonymous with cheap and fast. Now it’s expensive and slow, and the mandatory screen-based ordering just makes things harder than they need to be. Sadly, most locations are like this now. The service is colder than the food.

It is just a given at this point that an order from Taco Bell will have something wrong or missing. We grabbed this on our way home because the Volcano sauce was back. While that is exciting, the amount added seemed to have no rhyme or reason. Some items were drowning, some barely had any. The staff always seems to be pretty unhappy. I get that it is low pay work, and I feel for all of our people in the service industry, but the customers are not at fault (at least not most). Consistency with the food would be nice.

Food was delicious! To the person working the drive thru yesterday around 2:00pm, I want to thank you for waking me up! The confused look you gave me after I received my entire order but continued sitting at the window was just what I needed. I was completely in my head about something, and your look was a wake up call to start being more present in my life and to quit dwelling on things that are out of my control. I believe the universe caused us to cross paths in order for me to have this epiphany. God bless you.

placed a mobile order, they said they didn’t have it and raised their voice thru the speaker. I then cancelled the order and ordered through the drive thru, I got a quesadilla with no sauce… this is what i got. barely any cheese and half the bottle of sauce on my quesadilla..

Look, I’m a simple gal. I get the same meal from this restaurant maybe once or twice a week on the days I don’t take lunch to work, and this location gets it right probably 99% of the time, and how could they not with a mobile order that is probably the simplest thing one could get from this place?
HOWEVER, there used to be a girl with hair the color of a Baja Blast who worked the drive thru window just about every single time I went here and suddenly she’s gone, and with her, the good customer service. I used to zip through the line like Usain Bolt racing an average middle aged white male. It could just be correlation and not causation, but the new people at the window do not hold a dime to the tight ship customer service I can only assume was run by the girl no longer there. I can’t imagine she was fired because she was always very nice, so if she quit, hoping she’s doing well. Maybe get her back in the store for a couple of hours and have her teach the new workers how to do well at their job. I know it TACO BELL— I don’t expect a 5 star dining experience, okay? But to have people sit and wait at the drive thru speaker for extended periods of time just to order, and then stay in the line for another 10 minutes to get my food is lowkey insane. Blue hair girl never treated me this way.

I ordered online to pick up. They were dead so not like they had to be in a rush. I ordered 4 tacos and a large baja blast. The drink was half full and tacos were stale and hardly no meat. I will never be returning to this establishment again. I can understand a rush but this is just pure laziness

I have been going to Taco Bell restaurants for many years. Locations ranging from North Carolina to Florida, and now Alabama. They are all pretty much the same except you don’t know what kind of service or quality of food you might receive. The location at 1821 Montgomery Highway is much better than the location at the Grove. Which I have been to more than once to arrive at this conclusion. With that being said, I will drive a little further to ensure a better experience!
