Placed an order online went to pick up the order and they claimed they didnt have a slip so nothing they could do. Money was debited from my account for the order. I had an email to confirm order also using the app I was able to show order with date time and location. A week later still no refund and no contact from the store.

The food has been terrible the last few times going in. We have a bunch of teenagers who use foul language and listen to whatever music they want to and do not make hot food for pick up orders. I called in and the shift lead says ugh…..I can take your name down. Okay and then what? I just hung up. Avoid this place. Used to be the best sub place in town.

Normally, I would rate Firehouse Subs 5 stars as the in store experience is great, but today’s delivery experience is completely unsatisfactory.
I placed an online delivery order through the app at 1044am, which goes through UberEats. They charged me an additional long distance fee for being >5 miles away though I live 2.9 miles away. The delivery driver did not pick up the order for 50 minutes (the end of the approximate delivery window), and the order was delivered 16 minutes later. The NOT hot food arrived an hour after I ordered, at room temperature and soggy. It was not good. Then the problems started.
UberEats says to contact Firehouse for service complaints. Firehouse Online/App AI chat was unhelpful and buttons not selectable on my phone screen. Email service says they reviewed the problem and it was delivered within an acceptable timeframe and closed the complaint. Oh, and the long distance fee is for the driver distance to the store, not your distance to the restaurant, which is not disclose under the terms and conditions. I’m out $38 for food that was not acceptable and zero support. I will not be ordering delivery again.
Edit: they posted 4000 points to my account, which covers 1/2 of a small sub, nowhere near enough to replace one of the two large sandwiches I ordered. I am taking that as “we acknowledge that you are displeased, but it’s your fault that you ordered delivery on the app”

Screwed up order and when called in said I was never in there that night for an order based on their records.. Cashier was unable to give $19 in change. Had to ask for held how to count back $19. She thought only owed $10. Yes they support good things however I’d donate to safety directly rather then order there again. Manager answer was we can help but hire some people that are not smart.

Online ordering forces you to make a $5 tip on pickup ordered. There’s no spot anywhere for me to select a tip and it says my total is $25 yet when I go to use Apple Pay before scanning my face it says $30 and in the dropdown says “tip $5”. Again there’s nowhere for me to select or deselect a tip. Called and placed the order and read exactly what we had on the online order to the girl and somehow our total is $2 more expensive than the exact online order which is odd bc usually it’s the opposite.
