Service was fantastic!!! Very quick, fresh, and yummy subs. Good value for your money. Loved the atmosphere and person who took the order was so welcoming… will come back again. Ordered the Hero sub.

My experience as a first time buyer at firehouse subs was incredibly bad. I called an order in and clearly stated an item on the menu. They forgot it and after driving 30 minutes i drove back and they still made me pay for it. He just explained it wasn’t on the recipe so it essentially isn’t his fault. The manager also did not have any compassion and completely neglected the issue, she said “sorry you feel that way.” I wish I had a better experience and at least get an apology. I would not recommend

What a disgrace to the FH franchise. July 25, 2023 at 7pm. Ordered a hook and ladder, and it came out cold? Told the manager and she argued that it should come out hot. You think? They forgot the side of pickles. Asked her again and she said they’re all out. Few minutes later saw another customer got a pickle and she just said “oh thought it we were out”. It was dead and they were still slow, saw several peeved to go customers that had to wait awhile.

Subs are great! Large is definitely large and looks bigger than a foot long. Definitely packed with good meat and a good amount of veggies as well. The place is clean and had some fun decorations hanging on the wall. Recommend for anyone looking to eat a sub!

Been a regular customer for 3 years, but really disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a veggie sub and observed this ham/bacon stuff. I was expecting a simple sorry and getting a new one when I pointed the meat portion in a supposedly veggie sub. Instead they doubted me and said it was just tomato. But, if I insist, they would make a new one. Well, that might be the last that I order from them.

I’m done ordering from this place. Business has clinically brain-dead employees that cannot differentiate between a bottle of coke zero and a regular coke. Recent order came with a flat tasting coke (fountain soda) when the more expensive bottled coke was paid for. What a shame.
