My partner and I had an awful experience at this location. When we went up to the counter to order the woman at the register was on a FaceTime call on her phone. She motioned to us to wait while she finished her call. I was about to walk away whe. She finally hung up her call. We ordered and when we got our food one of our orders was wrong. I decided not to bring it up to have it corrected given the experience we had with the woman the first time. The food was pretty good even with an incorrect order. I went to the bathroom before leaving and found that the woman’s restroom soap dispenser actually had sanitizer in it and not soap. This may seem like a minor thing but it makes you think about what other food safety guidelines may be getting overlooked (does the prep sink actually have soap or is it sanitizer too). When I brought this up to the woman at the register she laughed and said ok.
The food was good and I will absolutely eat at another Firehouse Subs again, but will not be going back to the one on Mineral Point. I would rather take the time to drive to the one on Fish Hatch.

We love firehouse subs normally, but just witnessed a guy making a sandwich sneeze while holding the sandwich, put it in the heater anyway, then not wash his hands before making more sandwiches. We left immediately and went somewhere else. Please have a training on the importance of washing hands when working with food.

We always get excellent service from outstanding Firehouse staff. Our food is always fresh and delicious. The staff at the Mineral Point Road is always courteous and friendly! Because of the delicious food and excellent service, we only get subs from Firehouse Subs, no where else! Give Firehouse Subs a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I arrived at the store after getting a doordash notification that my order was likely ready. Sat and waited in front of an empty pickup shelf for 15 minutes. Every single person in the store had left before 2 different people asked for my name. The second time, the employee grabbed my order from behind the counter; it had been sitting there instead of on the pickup shelf, so my sandwiches got cold and soggy. When I got home and opened the bag, I found that they put the wrong chips in my order too.

Subs are great! Large is definitely large and looks bigger than a foot long. Definitely packed with good meat and a good amount of veggies as well. The place is clean and had some fun decorations hanging on the wall. Recommend for anyone looking to eat a sub!

Just picked up my order and how foolish of me to assume it was all in the bag. Well it wasn’t of course. This location had a track record of not fulfilling the orders properly. The sub was prepared wrong and a smaller size than I ordered and no chips in the bag as usual. This had my name on the receipt taped to the bag and it’s the right sandwich. Wrong size and not prepared with no lettuce like I asked. I’ll have to stop coming here yet again. So tired of wasting money on wrong orders

I tried the new Parmesan Chicken Meatball Sub and it was delicious (see video). With the app, you can customize any sub. I picked whole wheat bread and added tomato (came diced and cooked), caramelized onions and caramelized peppers and Italian seasoning. Great additions at no extra charge. The large sub was big enough for two of us to share!
The chicken meatballs were surprisingly good! The marinara sauce was super tasty.

Sent me advertisement of buy one get one half off. I ordered thinking when it came to checking out the discount would come off. It did not. When contacting them about it, they said my store did not participate in that offer. We’ll when I click the link to participate in that offer and on my store, they should let me know that otherwise I would not have ordered. Guess I won’t be trusting their advertising or participating in their promotions. Back to Subway it is!
