Had an online order. Not everyone that goes in there especially when doing an online order for the first time with firehouse is aware cups have to be retrieved from the drink area. Great sub and service. The drinking machines is in narrow space where customer pay and can turn around to get drinks. Can get crowded with paying customers and people getting drink and having to wait till area is less congested to either get drink or waiting to go back to your seat.

Forgot our drinks. I contacted customer service immediately. I was not contacted for several hours later and they wanted a picture of the receipt as well as the missing drinks. I am not sure how I can take a picture of something that wasn’t there. In total, the drinks are a couple dollars. Just offer a coupon for next time or refund my money. It’s silly to have to through a whole process when they forgot something.

Last week some co-workers of mine waited 59 minutes for their subs at this location. I didn’t let that stop me from trying them out myself. I decided to order online as to help ensure I didn’t have the same problem. I ordered an italian and when I arrived 15 minutes later it was not ready and I still had to wait. Got back to my office, took a bite and noticed that they forgot to put any meat on it. I have tried calling several dozen times but their phone is off the hook and I am too busy to go back in person. I would stay away unless you are feeling really lucky.

I just popped in to get a Philly steak and cheese sub. I’m not really familiar with them but I will say that the sandwich was very flavorful and juicy. Anybody who knows me knows that I like my sandwiches messy. This fit the bill and the meat was tender. I’ll be back.
