Food was great. We enjoyed the catfish, both fried and blackened. The service was exceptional. The atmosphere was okay. Nothing that stood out, but it was clean with plenty of comfortable seating for both small and large groups. There was bar seating as well. I would definitely go back.

Great hidden gem, definitely recommend giving it a try if you are in the area. We enjoyed everything that we ordered and you could tell it was all made from scratch. Nothing was pre-made frozen product.

Stopped at S&B twice on a recent trip to Bay St Louis. The first time, we just had drinks and appetizers. We chose the barbeque shrimp appetizer. The food was flavorful and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, the shrimp were not deveined. Maybe that’s a southern thing. The second stop for dinner, I got the boiled crawfish. The crawfish had good flavor, but I was disappointed they were cold. I am a little new to eating boiled crawfish and I found them soft and hard to peel. From what I have been told, they may have cooked too long. Many of the crawfish were also very small.

The food is absolutely scrumptious. It is another one of those off the beaten path restaurants.

On this particular evening, they had the very first batch of the year of boiled crawfish with potatoes and corn . Unfortunately, they were sold out when I got there so next time we’ll have to give them a try..
So instead got barbecue shrimp and let me tell you they were off the chain ! Also had their seafood gumbo which was homemade and from scratch, perfect melding of flavors. Also got a shrimp Poboy. The batter on the shrimp was light. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and yes, the bread was New Orleans style. Dinner was paired with a beer ice cold. What a great pairing. The wait staff will greet you with a smile and they are prompt and friendly and meet your needs.
I will say if you are in Bay St. Louis or Waveland you must and I repeat must try this restaurant. You will not be disappointed by no means they do daily lunch specials also. Price is very reasonable also.
The only downside is, they are not open seven days a week!!!!!

What a great place to eat! We stayed in Bay St. Louis for spring break and the lady at the antique shop recommended them as an affordable dinner option and we LOVED IT! The service was quick and accurate every time, no errors with food …all done with a smile! Our sever had the green and white nails that looked amazing!
The food was AMAZING! We had crawfish, fried shrimp, gumbo, chicken tenders and got beignet fries to go!
So far The BEST FOOD IN WAVELAND!
We will DEFINITELY return!

I ate at a “Famous” steak place in Gulfport. Let me tell you that your steak and baked potato beat this national chain by far the best steak I’ve had. The steak was cooked to perfection as well as the baked potato. Five Star review from me.
