A friend told us about this spot, and their award winning fish & chips. A nice little Irish Pub. Small, a nice cozy feel, and a live feed camera showing a Pub in Dublin
A good little bar at the back wall as you walk in. Guinness and some Irish beers on tap, a good little whisky selection, and some domestic beers available in bottles.
Now, I normally only eat fish and chips if I am near the ocean. Ventura, San Diego, San Francisco, etc. Love fish and chips, but I am picky.
So, I ordered the fish & chips and my wife ordered the cottage pie (I know it as Shepards pie)
You can get one filet, or two for the fish. These are good sized filets (about 9oz I believe) Their fish was very good. A nice crisp outside batter was cooked to perfection. Not soggy, not limp, not greasy. And the fish inside was soft and flavorful. One filet was a good portiin, but it was good and I should have got the 2nd piece ♂️
The fries were done really well also. Thick cut steak fries, nice and crisp, just a little seasoning.
And my wife’s cottage pie, with cheese. A simple dish, but full of flavor. She loved it, and I finished it for her. The ground beef, gravy, potatoes and cheese were all great together.
I am told the short ribs and the steak fries are great as well. So we will definitely be back for those.
There are a lot of little gems in this section of town. We have been trying different spots every week. And this should be on your list for lunch, dinner, or a drink with friends.

Maginns is our go-to place every single week! Rusty, Hunter, Matt, and Randy are AMAZING and seriously part of our family at this point. The atmosphere is fun and friendly and the food is on point. My favorites are the fish and chips and the smash burger. The drinks are amazing whether you order your own combo or one off of their menu. The owners, Ryan and Candice, are typically here and ensure customers are taken care of. If you’re looking for a fun date night with good people and good food, this is it!

Very good food, excellent drinks, and awesome vibe! They had the 80’s music going and it was excellent. Went there for happy hour and was not disappointed. The bartender was awesome. There are specialty drinks for the month, I recommend the True Romance. Very refreshing and delicious.

We went on a recommendation from a friend because I love a good Irish pub. The atmosphere is fantastic! Walked in at 6:00 and they still gave us a happy hour price on drinks. I got a Smithwick Red and it was delicious! We grabbed a spot on the patio and it was a nice night. They have heaters if it gets cold and a huge TV out there to watch the game. We started with fried pickles and they were tasty and hot! We followed it up with fish and chips, which initially seemed expensive compared to others I’ve had, but the rest of the menu was good, price wise. When they brought out this fish, I completely understand the price! It was the biggest piece of Haddock I’d ever seen! Nice, hot steak fries and it was very tasty. A bit greasy, but you expect that with some friends ah and chips. Not big deal there. The tartar sauce and slaw had a flavor I wasn’t expecting, and I really wasn’t a fan, but the fish is the star. I only give it 4 stars because of the flavors in the tartar and slaw. We saw a few people around us with burgers and wings that was enough to make me want to come back. Our server was very nice and very attentive. Never left us hanging! Overall, I’d go back for sure.

Food is great. My waitress was amazing and attentive. Went on a Sunday. Great view of the games going on. Not much customers at the time. Sat inside. Bartender was extremely creepy. I’m surprised the business hasn’t been served with papers. Bartender mentioned women’s private parts to two lady customers at the bar. I believe his name was Rusty; can’t recall. He must’ve seen my face after the comment because he made another comment about his wife and how long they’ve been married. Apparently jokes like that are acceptable in their marriage since they’ve been together many years. Inappropriate conversation while customers are around and don’t want to hear sexual advances/comments. Food is good but I feel sorry for female staff and customers who have to deal with him.

Paddy is THE BEST literally EVER. If you are so blessed to have him be in your presence during your stay, enjoy it 110%! He is AMAZING and makes sure you enjoy your visit! He got us the coolest table physically possible, and now we know what to ask for cuz we felt spoilt! Whoever reads this, please know PADDY DESERVES A RAISE, or at least the fattest tip possible!
ALSO!!! Jake is a phenomenal bartender!!! Personality, service, and amazing attitude are a solid 10/10! Truly deserves a raise, or, like above, the fattest tip possible!

I have been there several times. There are a lot of reasons to go back. One of them is the extremely friendly and fun staff. The atmosphere is very nice and easy going. The drinks are very good, my friend had an espresso martini that he gets everywhere he goes. He said that this one was the best he had ever had. The bartender is awesome. The waitresses are warm and friendly as well. It’s a nice way to chill out and feel like you are in a proper bar, especially if you’re not in the mood to go out dancing. The only problem is, it’s not right next to me!

Great fish & chips at this spot, but I didn’t get it this time. My bestie & I got there during happy hour & got wings. They were good too, right along with my Guinness. They also had a live country, Irish band that was cool to listen to.
It’s a fun, family owned & operated local pub. Community tables inside, as well as a full bar. Outside seating with sports on the TV. It can get a little full, as its not a huge place, so come early & stick around if you want to have a comfortable deep swig. Full bar with spirits & tap beer. I recommend

Great experience. Sat at the bar and was served by Randy, who is outstanding. He worked like a fiend making drinks for the restaurant while simultaneously serving bar and entertaining us.
I had the fish and chips, which I’d give a 4 out of 5. They were just a touch bland.

I loved the bar! Great atmosphere, good, service, and music! They have live music some days. Paddy was our server and he was sooo funny and polite. Would go back! Must try their Marshmelow old fashioned!
