Stopped in to get the Firehouse New York Steamer sub and it was great!!! Friendly staff took my order when I arrived & made the sub quickly which was nice. I ordered it to go, but decided to eat in their dining room. Entire restaurant was adorned with firefighting decor and pictures which was nice to look at while dining in.

I love the presentation of the breadless bowl, I am not sure if they call this a salad or what not, but this was delicious. I got the turkey bacon ranch without the bread. Honestly, I think it’s so important when people are trying to make life choices, especially with pre-existing conditions of that food looks decent presentable. So I think this was amazing, also, they brought out our food and I had three kids and myself so that was great as well. I will for sure be back please keep up the great job

I love New York Steamers. Went in and ordered that and a Meatball sub and a Turkey sub. How can All three taste old and no seasoning at all on the meatball sub. My New York steamer had the most dried out and shriveled up pastrami on it. Very disappointing.

First time at Firehouse. What a joke! The cashier was so unfriendly he didn’t smile at all almost like he was mad to be there. Then it took almost 10 min for our order because they were to busy making Uber Eats orders while we all wait! The sandwiches were not good to me I think because they steam the meat. They were flavorless. I don’t see me ever returning to Firehouse.

The staff is always friendly when you walk in the door. The store is always clean and they’re working really hard. The orders are fast and always to my specifications. Delicious and consistent with the taste. This is “my” Fire House. The manager Robin really got it going on!

I visited this location around 7 PM a couple of days ago and felt compelled to leave a review. The store was extremely busy, and one employee — a young woman with black and pink hair — was doing everything on her own. She was making all the sandwiches, managing the orders, and handling customers while the rest of the staff stood by looking unsure of what to do.
Despite being clearly overwhelmed, she stayed polite, apologized for the wait, and even offered free food to make up for the delay. She was working incredibly hard and maintained such a positive attitude the entire time. She absolutely deserves a raise or some kind of recognition for her dedication and professionalism.
It was honestly frustrating to see her receive no help from the other two employees. They watched her do all the work without stepping in. That kind of imbalance isn’t fair to her or to customers.
I wish I had gotten her name so I could give direct feedback to the manager. She went above and beyond and deserves to be recognized!
