That was the worse food I ever had from Harvey’s in Newmarket. The manager was rude. No credit or anything. What has Harvey’s come to. My fiancee fries weren’t cook. My Bacon double cheese poutine wasn’t cook. The burgers we had felt like they pre cook it then cook it again. Can someone from head office get back to me?

went here through the drive through, i was not able to understand the person on the speaker very well but i did order. the order was quite slow but when i got the food there was no attention to detail (ordered onion rings they didn’t give me and ketchup) why didn’t they ask? The actual onion rings were very poorly done with extremely thick rings as you can see in the picture which made some not completely done. Very sub par experience. i would not go back no matter what management responds to his review.

This evening, we stopped by to pick up takeout and we were genuinely impressed by the service provided by Austin (I hope I’ve got his name and spelling correct). He was not only incredibly helpful but also very accommodating, which is something you don’t often see in a fast food setting. He truly deserves recognition for his outstanding service.

I keep having the same problem with this location. I order a fountain drink, and it burns my throat. It doesn’t taste like what I’ve ordered, I’m not sure what they’re doing with their fountain machine, but I’m not going back. In the last two months, I’ve been there 3 times, today I took one sip of my
( supposed to be Dr Pepper) swallowed and thought what is that? Try it again… burns the throat makes you burp ZERO flavour, poured it out and it looked like weak black Tea. My throat is still burning

Jessica was so amazing and nice she put so much toppings on my burger I asked for extra pickles she was giving me the best sliced pickles and made me and my friends experience so good considering we don’t have always come here but now we definitely will! Thank you Jessica u deserve a raise
