Came here last month on the 23rd for a deal they had going on. Probably around 8:30 or so before closing so that I can sit and dine. Had ordered a medium Firehouse Meatball, Sun Chips, and a brownie. That was a good brownie and enjoyed the sub and chips as well. Enjoyed dining in, nice staff, and fast service. I’ll have to return and try other subs!

Popped in on a Wednesday night around 7:45 pm and business was slow. I was able to place my order with ease and the food came out shortly after. The Hook & Ladder sub was really tasty. I gave 3 stars because of the overall cleanliness of the store. As I said previously, it was a slow night and there were at least 4 people standing behind the counter. You would think this would more than enough staff needed to keep the dining and fountain drink area tidy. Other than that, everything was great !

I stopped by last night to take advantage of the BOGO deal that was going on thru T-Mobile Tuesday. Needless to say, the staff messed up one of my sandwiches by putting certain condiments on it that I did not include on my order. I called in to get a replacement and of course, they would not give me a replacement for the sandwich their staff screwed up. Regardless if I came in on a BOGO deal, I still had to purchase a sandwich at full price in order to get the 2nd one for free. If your staff pay close attention to what they’re doing then this could have been avoided. I dealt with the pickles being flimsy and not fresh looking but when it comes to my sandwiches that’s where I have a problem with. Overall, I will not return and I rather patronize a business that can right their wrong!!

I had the worst experience of my life. The order was not made correctly and when I called the store the lady identifying herself as General Manager was not ready to accept her fault as she claimed that she was the one who made the order. Missing items from our subs and. I won’t lie for a $10 sub but just get your facts straight and have some decency when you talk to customers. Would never visit a place where employee’s have the worst attitude!!
