Great…if you order in person. I’ve made at least 4 online orders at this location, and none of them have ever been fully correct. This last visit (today,) my sandwich was wrong, and they forgot a side and a bottled drink that I had ordered as well. They will NOT give extra pickles unless you ask in person. Or napkins. I totally get hating your job because it’s the food service industry and nobody is getting paid their worth, but it definitely affects the food at this one.

Online they have listed they close at 9. Got there at at 8:53 and was greeted by employee he said “we closed but I got you”. So I’m wandering do they close at 9? Do they close before 9? Or does the employees make sandwiches outback even when they are closed? I left didn’t want him making me a sandwich when he was in such a hurry to go. Probably wouldn’t be to good.

The staff was nice. Upon walking in the staff was very accommodating. The place could be a little cleaner since it is the middle of the day and it isn’t necessarily the busiest when I came in. Just sweeping up a little trash not too crazy. The drink is pretty good kinda generic could be a little sweeter I got sweet tea. Our food got done within ten minutes of ordering. It was all phenomenal. I came with my brother and my wife and they also think the meal was excellent.

I had a good experience ordering online. When I got to the restaurant it was about 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled arrival time but they still had my food ready. When I walked in one of the workers were on a break and probably got up to assist me. I was glad she initially went to wash her hands and put on gloves before for the helping me. My sandwich is already made but they waited to put my cookie in the bag. I like using the app because that saves a lot of time and energy even though this location wasn’t busy during this time. The employees looked well attentive and eager to help.

I went there for lunch today. Fortunately I saw the giant mounds of garbage that were surrounded by flies before I placed an order. There was an expedition of ants hiking up the mountain of trash. As if it were there personal Mt Everest. Needless to say I didn’t eat here. The place needs a visit from the health department.

Staff seemed bored with having to be bothered with customers. Having a tip option felt like an obligation, especially when it is at the beginning, before the order is even made. Food was good as expected from Firehouse.

This is the nastiest place ever! I sitting inside there wating on my food and i just notice i see alot of flies flying in there. I think to myself this place is nasty as hell, i hope a fly doesn’t land on my food while its being prep. Once i leave the place i start to eat my food and i notice i see a fly laying underneath my food smh…i was so disgusted, i call the store back to tell the manager about what i found in my food and she didnt feel to care not one bit.

I left because they were so busy the staff were trying their best but understaffed and the line was almost out the door employees great job but they need more help (I have a gluten issue so not many places I can eat) keep up the great work and management please get them help or a raise one
