I love Firehouse! I’ve been to several locations. This one however isn’t consistent. When they get it right the sandwich is delicious. The service is decent and the employees are pleasant enough. The inside is also clean which I appreciate.

There is one female that works in there; She wears a black flat scarf on her head every time I’ve seen her. I asked for her name but was told they didn’t know it. She’s very rude and she always mess up my sandwich. If I say no tomatoes, she’ll add them. My last sandwich was purposesly burned and I refuse to spend anymore money at this location. The other staff seems ok. I refuse bad service where I spend my money. I’m posting the only good sandwich I had from them that she didn’t make. Please get that female an attitude adjustment. She made you all lose a customer.

Some of the most apathetic workers I have ever seen, even in fast food. The owner should be ashamed. Inaudible jibberish from the cash register lady, no eye contact, it’s like the walking dead. We placed a pickup order for 5 people, so ~$60, and they forgot our sauces.
We called to ask for a partial refund or credit for it and they said “if you don’t come pick it up, there’s nothing we can do for you”. No apology, no solution offered.
So, they make a mistake and want us to drive back and forth to fix it for them?
Bad service.

Third time coming to this location and it’s always something going on. I ordered a LARGE club on a sub. They forgot to put my bacon on the sandwich and put onions on it after I said “no onions”. There was no mustard. Just ham and mayo. I only said “no tomatoes. No onions”. Where was everything else?? When you try to call the store, it’s just a busy signal. Smh. It’s sad and stupid. Food costs way too much for bullshit sandwiches. I basically paid $20 for a ham sandwich. Smfh!!!!! How frustrating!!!!!!

I am deeply disappointed to write this but management and customers need to know. This location is NOT a good late choice!!
I entered at 8:53 finished ordering 8:56 before that I asked are you guys closed they answered No I said are you guys getting ready to close they said yes I said I asked so am I good because I understand when you are about to close n sumbdy come in your pissed but I asked cuase I honestly didn’t know I drive trucks so I was hungry been on the road all day that’s why I asked come to find out they was more pissed then anything they made a spot for nothing but a big jalapeño bite you can even see in the picture the spot they made for the jalapeños mind you it was a easy 2 min turkey sandwich
I wanted to go back up there but It was all young girls had to have been 15 no older then 17 with that bein said I hope management see this and get supervision for night shift
And to customers please avoid this place at night you will get a surprise

We stopped in at Firehouse Restaurant and were not disappointed! We tried the meatball sub and the turkey, bacon ranch sub—both were fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The service was stellar, friendly, and fast, which made the experience even better. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for great food and excellent service!
