Guess I won’t go back to this location. Ordered pick-up off the app. NONE of my selections were on the sandwich. Selected wheat bread, got white. Selected no lettuce, got lettuce. Selected add green bell peppers, no peppers were added. Deli mustard was not even on the sandwich. As you can tell by the picture there is barely any meat, the puniest piece of tomato I’ve ever seen, & only one slice of onion. I’m a regular at Firehouse and know for a fact that this is NOT their standard. Very disappointed!

Ordered on the app. Bread on the sandwich was stale, and the brownie I ordered was old and hard as a rock. This is the first time I have ever been dissatisfied with fire house. Will seek another restaurant for subs. I have been told that Publix makes the best one in the area.

If you want to feel like you’re at a frat party when you walk in and have your sandwiches thrown together by a bunch of teenagers that don’t care then this is the place to go 100%! The customer service was terrible, they were rude on the phone and I couldn’t even hear to place my order due to the party happening in the background. I walked in and there were tons of teens and half of them didn’t even work there just sitting around playing. Wouldn’t recommend this firehouse to my dog. Go to the one in westgate !

Plain and simple, do NOT come to this firehouse. Go to one of the other choices nearby. Ive worked at a firehouse before and this is the most poorly managed and operated FH I’ve ever seen. There were so many issues with this visit I’m not sure where to start.

Love me some Firehouse!!! I think they have the best hot subs! They definitely have plenty of ingredients to add to make your perfect sandwich. This particular location is great. The only issue I have is with Firehouse is the app…it’s glitchy and needs some improvements for sure. The manager at this location was very professional and friendly when helping us with the app on one occasion. PRO TIP: get your sandwich “extra toasted”

I’ve never had such a pour experience at a Firehouse Sub. My team stopped at the E Main Street, Duncan SC location for lunch. We had 5 orders, and every single order was incorrect. Furthermore, the employees were INCREDIBLY rude, cursing, and rolling their eyes at customers. We witnessed other customers having to return their food due to incorrect orders, followed by employees arguing with customers about their orders. The location was also very dirty.

Great service and even greater food! I was definitely hooked with my first bite! Their Turkey Bacon Ranch sub & Brisket sub are my favorites. Mac n’ cheese is pretty good as well. My husband loves their Chili. If don’t want a sub they have great salads too. And don’t forget dessert: Cookies and brownies are yummy! You may order online and pickup.

I just went into the firehouse subs to place an order and no one assisted me. There where three employees sitting down at a table is me preparing orders and one on the back. I was never greeted nor did the young lady say hold on. It was frustrating observing that no one assisted her and she didn’t ask for help neither. I wish the customer service was as good as their sandwiches.
