My wife and I swung by on the way to the hotel. I’ve got to say, the food was seriously delicious. It was really that good. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly accommodating, no pickles.
On the flip side, I couldn’t help but notice that the floor was a bit on the dirty side, which was a minor downside. Despite that, I’m definitely considering a return visit for the delectable food and the exceptional service provided by the staff.

I’m not the biggest fan of Firehouse Subs. Not because of the food but because of the price. I’ve never thought the quality of the food is worth the price you pay. Anyway I had a birthday reward so I decided to get a sub for dinner. First surprise, it’s no longer just a free sub, it’s a free sub when you spend at least $1. Annoying but fine since I was ordering one for my wife too. My wife’s order is pretty basic, she just wants ham, provolone, mayo and some seasoning. I always get an Italian with no tomato. I was shocked how much a medium sub is now. My wife’s very basic sandwich was $9.19 before tax and $10.02 after tax. $10????? For reference you can get a ham and provolone sub at Jersey Mike’s for $7.95 before tax and $8.67 after tax and that sub is leagues better and also bigger with a lot more meat, but I digress. Anyway I placed the order and my wife was able to pick it on her way home from work. We open them up to see that they did the toppings completely backwards even though the ticket is laid out correctly. My Italian was basically just meats and cheese with the smallest amount of mayo on it and my wife’s sub had all the toppings. We fixed the subs ourselves and then I was surprised by the onion. Have these guys ever heard of a knife??? I don’t want a giant string of onion on my sub, cut it up a little bit at least. The subs were also fairly dry and we also said no pickle spears, which was in all caps on the receipt, because we don’t like to throw away food that we won’t eat but low and behold we both got a pickle spear that was quite warm. Again I wasn’t the biggest fan of Firehouse when they were charging $7.99 for a medium sub and they were actually made correctly. This is just more of a sign of the times where we have employees who don’t care and definitely don’t want to be there at work which affects the quality of the food and service and the customers are charged more for a lesser product. I definitely don’t have a desire to return to this location or really any Firehouse Subs.

Pleasant staff, clean and good was tasty! Little long to file the order and women’s bathroom was out of order and the trash accumulating around the building should be addressed but food gets a thumbs up!

Would give 5 stars. The food is usually on point. But usually when I order my food they always forget my Mac n cheese that I order for my daughter which takes 5-10 mins wait. Then my subs on at a stand still getting cold and the mac n cheese has to cool down

It’s been several months since I’ve visited a firehouse subs. The bread seemed a bit different and they went away from the paper wrapping to a cardboard clam shell for the sandwiches. The food was good and the store was stocked and clean. Love the hot sauce selection.

Made the mistake of trusting people to not be incompetent, ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich for lunch, get to work and it’s just lettuce and sauce. To anyone coming here make sure they made your sandwich properly before leaving.

1 star because I can’t give 0. I don’t complain but when my wife wants a hot sub from Firehouse after just having a baby I would think they could deliver on what their company is known for… got subs to go and started eating immediately. Was sadly disappointed to find all subs cold, cheese wasn’t even melted. Really poor training on from upper management. Would love to come back if the subs are actually as advertised. 1-3-26 at 7:15 pm

This is the most unfriendly and tasteless sub shop I’ve ever been to. I usually like Firehouse Subs, but this location has absolutely no sincerity. They didn’t even ask what kind of bread I wanted, and the sandwich wasn’t properly heated — the bread was still cold. Everyone working there had earphones in while working, and seeing their smirking faces made me so angry. I’ll never come back to this store again, and I really hope I never have such a bad experience again.

Best location I’ve been to so far. Ordered the Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich in Medium (ate half before I took the pic). Food was fresh, store was clean, and service was great.
