We always love our time at this Dirty Frank’s location! The food and service are always top notch. As vegetarians, we really appreciate that they have an awesome veggie dog that can be subbed on any menu item. And the veggie dog is *actually good.* We’re also grateful for the late night hours for the night owls.
On our most recent visit, we had the pleasure of sitting at the bar and being served by Miriam. She was a delight to chat with and took excellent care of us.

Stopped by the campus location this time—same delicious bite. We got a little creative and built our own hot dog with their toppings, and it turned out so good. The hot dog itself is solid, toppings are fresh, and the sauce just brings it all together. Easy spot for a quick bite with a chill, no-pressure vibe.

I have worked in the resturant industry for 10 years and have never treated or even seen anybody treat their tables the way my friends and I were treated yesterday. The place is not that large and our server seemed very overwhelmed. I’m not sure if he was just having a bad day or not, but either way he was really bringing the vibe down. I think he should either be retrained on how to deal with customers in a positive way or he needs to be given more help because he seemed really overwhelmed and frustrated with everybody in the building.

This is our family’s favorite Dirty Frank’s spot! We definitely prefer the OSU Campus location rather than the other location on high street! Our server John was so accommodating and great with our younger son! Shout out to the cooks and all the staff on shift on February 21, 2026. Thank you so much for another wonderful experience!

Recommend their Wednesday special, just $6 for dinner. The food is great and fresh! I especially loved their Hell is Real special hot dog. Friendly service! They have a pretty faithful Chicago hot dog, but it felt like something was missing, ratios not quite right plus it also had too much relish for the balance. So, as a Chicagoan I’d say skip that one.

I was surprised how bad this was. I got the vegan octodog which is vegan mac and cheese and a hotdog which I paid extra to upgrade the hotdog. The whole thing was a mistake. The hotdog was rock hard like I couldn’t even cut it with a fork. Also there was some watery sauce that didn’t even stick to the noodles and just tasted watery.
I also got some tots and was surprised for $4 that you don’t get a full box but it is just half full.
Won’t be back and definitely do not recommend.

We visited this from out of town. Our server was John and he was amazing, He helped us accommodate our 3 year old. The food was great and the atmosphere was amazing ! We come to an even in town every year and this place is a must visit while in town
