I have been trying different Firehouse locations over the last few months. This was my first time at t this location . I have passed it many times but didn’t notice it until recently. The parking is pretty good even though the area around it can get crowded.
Great staff. They are friendly and make great sandwiches. Today I tried the Cajun Chicken. I removed the way jalapenos and and added the sweet mustard from the Jamaican Jerk which is my go-to sandwich. My sandwich was prepared by Darius. He knows how to make the sandwich melt in your mouth. He commended me on my sandwich customization. I knew it was going to be good. Another win for a Firehouse location.

Bought on the mobile app. The order was wrong didn’t have mushrooms and Carmel onions on one and the other had tomatoes and we asked no tomato. Tried to call store to tell them the error. THEY DONT ANSWER the PHONE at all! I wasn’t where I could go back to store… this is the second time now the order was wrong on mobile app. Now I’m buying at Bethelview bc they can actually put the order together correctly.

My new favorite Sub place. advertising does work. My wife can’t get enough of the pizza meatball sub. You had her at garlic bread. The Spicy Cajun Chicken Sub is totally yummy. No onion of course but the gooey cheesey tangy chicken goodness is off the hook

We ordered from Grub Hub so we can’t rate service or atmosphere. As far as the sandwiches… MEH
THE MEAT is the cheaper meat that would get in a local deli that’s an off brand…Gross. Cheese was well, cheese. We thought the bread was too thick for small amount of meat they put in it. The miserable piece of pickle they give you could’ve stayed at the store. Why bother giving a pickle that’s the size of a French fry ♀️
We had high hopes for this place as it’s backed and owned by Fireman. But this was a no go for us. Again, the reason why we don’t eat out is because we are always soooo disappointed. They just don’t make really good food anymore. Cheap products, and lack there of. Overpriced processed foods.

Two stars because the food is always good BUT I ordered online and it said it would be ready at 12:46. I probably sat in there for 15 minutes waiting while the staff talked about football. People waiting on food and they stopped and talked about football and teams for probably half the time I was there. They did not seem to care that there were orders needing to be completed. I have worked in the food industry and they did not have on the proper shoes and the floor behind the line was nasty lettuce everywhere and bread in the floor. I’d be concerned about one of them slipping and getting seriously injured. I love firehouse but this one does not hold up to the normal standard I usually see.

Today must’ve been at an all time low for all the shops at the market place. This was another shop we visited and the staff were really low on morale and in serving the guests. Not just one person, but the entire staff. The subs themselves were great, but I hope the owner finds out what is causing this and fixes it.
