The app ran a special on two 6″ subs and a drink for cheap, so I stopped by this location for take-out a couple of weeks back. The staff was super friendly and I was in and out in just a few short moments. I wish I had a picture to include with this review, but the sandwiches looked so tasty that my girlfriend and I began eating before I could snap one! The sandwiches were great and Firehouse Subs never disappoints.

We had a great experience. Went on grand opening day (yesterday). The service was fast and friendly the sandwiches were good. I recommend getting the oatmeal raisin cookies as well. I like the drink selection. They have a coke freestyle type machine. The restaurant is very clean.

Great food. However, the receipt is deceiving. It does not show the $3.99 extra per meal deal which gives you chips and a drink. Thus, the total on the receipt seems over inflated.

The food was OK, I can’t believe I spent $17 for a sandwich chips and a drink. And to top it off as a veteran, It felt odd that they’re willing to give me a cup drink, but not give a discount to a veteran or a person that don’t drink fountain drinks. I ordered the steak and cheese sub. While the cheese was nicely melted, the steak was cold and undercooked, making it inedible. I rarely complain, but I brought it to the staff’s attention. They were polite and quickly offered to remake the sandwich. Unfortunately, the second one had the same issue—warm on the first bite, but cold and undercooked again. I ultimately asked for a refund. I genuinely enjoy this restaurant, but I won’t be returning to this location, nor will I recommend it to others.
