For a kind of hidden spot off college, it is one of the better sushi spots in town. I like that they give complementary miso soup and salad. The sushi is priced about the same as other good quality spots. So while it’s not cheap, it is a good deal for the quality you receive. The fish was definitely flavorful and fresh. They have a full Japanese style menu including ramen. I ended up getting a tuna roll which was great and the salmon teriyaki, which was really good. The meal was prepared perfectly and it tasted great. It also settled really well, it didn’t feel heavy in my stomach. I wanted a meal full of protein and also something that I could go workout in an hour after and it accomplished that for me. This will likely be my new sushi / Japanese spot in town. I’ll have to try their ramen next.

Bento box is always such a great deal for lunch! Honestly one of my favorite places for sushi right now – lived here 10 years. I used to work at a sushi place and their food just tastes super authentic from the house salad dressing and miso soup to the california roll. Veggie tempura is also so good of course!! All their special rolls sound awesome. Need to try more things on the menu!

After moving from Hawaii, I’ve really missed good sushi, and this totally hit the spot. The fish was fresh, beautifully presented, and every bite was flavorful and balanced. It definitely satisfied the craving I’ve had since leaving the islands. Will be back for sure. ✨

Starting with the lovely warm greeting and staff. Leading into a vast menu that makes us excited to come back to try out everything. Finally the food, things are so well made and beautiful. The sushi is portioned so well on the fish to rice ratio, unlike some other local places. The sushi and sashimi is well made. Also, kimchi jeop so yummy. Prices are appropriate. Would recommend and coming back. Otoro wasn’t super fatty but one of the better tuna I can find in NoCo

Do yourself a favor and check this place out!!! You can tell time to detail goes into every thing! The Phili roll with Black Seasame seeds! The ramens egg was perfect with a soft yolk! The service was great and the decor made it such an enjoyable relaxing experience! I hope we have to come back to Ft Collins- because this will be a regular stop! (We live 3.5 hrs away in a town with mediocre food at best) lucky locals to have this place!!

This is such a cute and cozy place! Definitely one of my new favorites. The sushi is excellent and affordable, they have my favorite Las Vegas roll as well and it was AMAZING. My server was Tony, he did a fantastic job; he made sure I had everything I needed, answered all my questions and made sure it all came out fresh. Highly recommend!

I really want to love this place, because their rolls are bigger and the ambience is so cute, but, alas, they have such a poor offering of gluten-free items. My daughter is Celiac and there are only 3 rolls she can eat there, after eating there a few times, we burnt out on it because she has to eat the same thing every time. We then opt for Suehiro when it comes to sushi. where almost everything is gluten-free.

Good Japan-Korean Restaurant – Will Be Back!
Rating: 8/10
I stopped by this restaurant on a busy Sunday afternoon and had a generally positive experience. The black bean noodles were tasty, although a bit too sweet for my taste. Unfortunately, the bulgogi beef was not hot and also overly sweet – maybe they’re a bit too generous with the sugar in the kitchen? On the other hand, the spicy tuna roll was decent. Despite the restaurant being busy, our waiter did a great job attending to our needs. Overall, it’s a solid Japan-Korean restaurant and I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes. Maybe they can balance out the sweetness levels next time!

They have such a wonderful variety of food! Only place in town to get a solid 3 roll combo that is absolutely fantastic. Also had awesome Korean comfort foods. We’ve only ever gotten to-go orders but I am looking forward to sitting down for a meal there soon!!

Re-review: Under the new ownership, we saw prices rise but the food stay the same. However, things have corrected a bit and with their new daily specials and lunch (1-3) bogo on a few things, it’s now an even better deal than the previous ownership. Food is great, casual atmosphere, and good service. We’re going to keep coming back like we used to!
