I completely forgot how much flavor they can pack into a veggie. I ate the first half of the medium-sized sandwich without any hot sauce and enjoyed bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomato, but the second half was covered in Sorensen, a sweet, ketchupy, BBQ sauce, while the bread was also soaked with Cholula.

Went in tonight, ordered at 7:45pm, 2subs, a salad, for $42. Not complicated order. Waited 35 minutes!! Order was wrong. Worst service! The AA man in charge was yelling at employees and then disappeared to back of store not helping! Meanwhile 2 people in front of, 2 behind and 2picking up app orders all received food first. Person in charge was scolding employee in front of customers saying “you gave away that sub”, etc. Atleast 7 people still in line to order but person in charge doesn’t offer help instead walks off to back and never returns. I ask about order. It has been overlooked and start making. That person apologized! Not the manager? He was very unprofessional! Hateful in fact! He was the problem. He had messed up orders. Clearly filling orders out of order placed. Worst service and food for $42! Plus ordered hook and ladder salad, got wrong one—firehouse/no meat. Just wow! Do better FH! I will not be back!!
