Ordered food online. It came 50 MINUTES late. Cold, hard pizza. They blame on 3rd party delivery but I ordered from Little Caesars website. Even called the store after it was already 30 mins in the driver’s car to cancel, and they could do nothing.
The delivery service offer 15% refund, as if that makes the horrible experience better. Store is 12 minutes from my house. I could have walked there faster. We threw the pizza away. Best pick up your order in store. Def never going here again.

Worst service from this place. What’s the point ordering on line on the website if half of our was not delivered. Then speaking to the manager Carlos and he stated that I needed to contact the delivery company when the rest of my order was still in his store. Definitely won’t be wasting my money at this or any other location. The order I did receive the food was cold.

When i came to pick up my order with my 4 year old daughter, the older gentleman (probably the manager) gave my daughter free cookies. I really appreciate small gestures like this towards kids.. and the cookies taste amazing. I’ll purchase more on the next visit. Thank you!

Came here 11/8 about an hour before closing & got the crazy calzoni & some wings and it was bussin respectfully. The ladies who took my order was very polite as well & the entire order was correct!
Been coming here for years though, this location has always been good. Only down side is that online ordering only works half the time I try, so I gotta call at times.

This isnt the second time I placed an order online. It gave me a confirmation that it would be ready at a certain time frame. I get there 5 mins after the time frame and they made me wait 20 mins longer. Dont know what the point of using the app is for.

I can’t stand corporate pizza but if you got to do it this is the place to go. Those new pizza bites are really good. Square over round. Who’s the guy who works here with long hair always in a hat super nice guy definitely the reason we come back! Give that kid a raise or promotion! Never seen him not smile!
