Super customer service (along with unusally well prepared subs). I first visited this store around Halloween. The manager topped any Subway experience I have ever had. She treated me unusally well. When I mentioned the TLC she seemed to give, she said she wants to treat all of her customers like she would want to be treated. I have since been back many times for lunch and supper, tried various subs and soups, and made this my “Go To” sandwich shop. Kudos to the manager and the stafff she has around her. Whether you enter the store or use the drive thru, you feel special.Thank you, Teresa.

This location has recently had a managed change and they are making a name for themselves. This is my new go to location because of the quality of the sandwiches and the personalities of the staff. I ALWAYS get greeted with a hey, a smile and pleasant conversations with the staff. If it’s supposed to be hot, it is. If it’s supposed to be cold, it is and if that sandwich is supposed to be dressed with sauces…..it is!! Great food quality, condition and taste. I have witnessed random acts of kindness from the staff from holding the door for a customer to giving a child a cookie that didn’t have one when his friend with him did. Great job Perry Firehouse!!

I placed a doordash order at this location for pick up and when it said it was ready to be picked up the place was “closed”. I park and walk inside and as soon as I step foot in the door the lady proceeds to yell at me telling me they are closed. She said why did you put in an order knowing we were closed?! Why did you walk inside my store when my open sign is off?! I asked her if they are closed why is her door unlocked before opening? She said it was because she doesn’t like walking back and forth to open the door for her employees. I said that you should really keep the door locked before opening and she replied with maybe you shouldnt walk in if the opwn sign isnt on. I will never order from here again. I tried to call the customer service line but it said there was an issue and couldn’t be connected. This is completely unacceptable.

We were so hopeful that this would be a fantastic, well-run Firehouse! We walked in this morning shortly after they opened, but the lights were out, and the lady behind the counter rudely said, “We’re not ready, okay?” Back to Chick-fil-A where we can be assured of friendly and efficient customer service and consistently good food in a clean dining room. Come on, Firehouse! We need you!!

Placed an order online and did a pick up, ordered the Italian sub, requested it not be heated, no mustard, no Italian dressing, no Italian seasoning. On wheat with light mayo. What do I get NOTHING I ASKED FOR!! IT’S HEATED AND EVERYTHING I DID NOT WANT ON IT IS ON IT. IF YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE ONLINE ORDERS FOR PICK-UP. TAKE THE TIME TO READ WHAT THE PERSON IS ORDERING. Really Firehouse? Out of basic produce? When I suggested to the manager that Kroger was next door and they had lettuce and tomatoes there, he told me that he wasnt allowed to leave the store and he would have to spend his own money to buy stock and he wasn’t going to do that. All the servers were friendly, but shouldn’t your managers have a dress code? He looked SO unprofessional. I would be embarrassed to work here. What happened? I gave you a great rating last time, but now I don’t think I will be back. And what is wrong with your drive thru? It has been closed forever. There were more employees than customers in the store so couldn’t someone at least wipe down a table? And when was the last time that floor saw a mop?
Update: opinion still the same. Will never eat there again, which is a shame…
