Normally, I have outstanding experiences at Firehouse Subs. Unfortunately, today was not good at all. At the drive-through, I placed my order and pulled up to the window. Fifteen minutes later (with cars lined up behind me), the cashier returned to the window and asked me if I had received my order. So he turned around a little bewildered and returned five minutes after that with my order making my time at the window a ridiculous twenty minutes. When I got home, both half sandwiches were messed up, the meat and veggies were on the bottom of the carton with the hoagie roll upside down on top of it. $18.00 for two half subs and it was awful.

I have been a Firehouse customers for years but on yesterday the at the Perry Georgia will be my last time. I have visited that location about 3 times in the last month .On last visit when I reached my destination a bags of chips were missing it was the only bag ordered. I called back and made them aware. On the phone I was told just come on back and get them. I work about 10 miles away. And I live in the o direction. When I went in yesterday I asked for my missing chips and the Manager was questioning me about the chips like I was lying. At it was cool and then her voice was like I am not supposed to give you anything after 24 hours. Ihave never went to a sub shop twice in 24 hours. The mistake made because I didn’t check my large that order at least eight sandwiches. I was later charged yesterday for another bag of chips. I did not get the chips I paid from and Firehouse farewell. Keep you chips. Customer service once stood for something.

First I’d like to preface that I’m usually not the kind of person to leave bad reviews. I usually take my L and move on, but this time I really can’t let it go. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Firehouse to order from, and I don’t know why the doordash in my area uses them. They literally invent new ways to mess up my food! And that’s if the food even makes it to me since I’ve had the most cancelled orders from this place, but only AFTER my food has been picked up??

Easy placing my order over the phone. Girl who took my order spoke very clear, repeated everything, and my order was ready on time. My salad was soooo fresh!~ This is the only place where I don’t need any dressing for my salad. I can eat it as is. The sandwich was perfectly made, too.

The food is always delicious, when they get your order right. Sometimes it takes them a couple trys to get what you ordered right in the first place. But the food is definitely good tasting. Not sure how to make sure they get your order right the first time other than maybe speaking very loudly and enunciating VERY CLEARLY. Good luck!! But again, very good food and very polite when they do have to remake the sandwiches.

I love Firehouse’s salads and subs but it I will never eat at this location again. I went a time before and my salad was missing meat and ranch was all over the bag. I just got my money back and just went on. I know there are bad days some days. Now, I went a few days ago… The cashier that gave my money back was so sweet and apologized. The issue: I had a dead roach in my sandwich. I have been nauseous ever since that day. I zoomed in so you can see it. I had already had the other half, and lifted to bun to add more mayo to the other side, then boom!

Absolutely the worst service at a firehouse I’ve ever experienced. For starters had an online order, took roughly about 10 minutes to drive over to this location. Sat and waited for about 45 to get to the speaker and then got asked to wait, which is fine in most cases, was left at the speaker for over 30 minutes. Got to the window after an hour of waiting, food was missing from the bag, didn’t bother to even try to correct it because I was already waiting at the window for 20 minutes prior. I understand being short staffed but if you are that short staffed close the location. Again absolutely terrible service, will not be returning to this location again.

I went through the drive thru last Sunday to order a gluten free sub for my daughter. The girl argued with me and told me they could not make a hot sub on gluten free bread (we have only been getting it for years due to my child’s allergy) Then when I paid she came out and put a sign up closing the drive thru. We sat there 45 minutes before going inside to check on the order (it was literally 1 sandwich, chips and a drink) They had not begun our order and after another 25 minutes of waiting my husband asked for a refund. The same girl who checked us out at the drive thru asked him for a receipt which we did not received and refused to refund. We finally left with no food and out of $15. You can not run a business like this. 2 people on a busy Sunday afternoon is not fair to staff or their patrons. I understand this is the new “pandemic” but someone in management should have been there to offer support. This is not our first negative experience there but it will be out last as we will not be returning.
